Berkshire Jeeps comes with my highest recommendation. I was utterly blown away with the wonderful customer service I received from Jason - he was truly a pleasure to deal with. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's absolutely superb, what a difference from the older model. I had the older model for around 7 years and I was 100% due an upgrade! This model is incredible, the ride is much firmer, the steering gives you more control, and the comfort is next level. I really am enjoying it, I'm happy as a pig in muck! Jason bent over backwards for me, he added a few extra's to the car, for no extra cost, he was very accommodating and generous. I was getting prepared for a lengthy train journey and Jason said 'if its easier for you, I can always delivery the car to you'. We organised delivery and it was spot on, the driver - Steve was excellent, on time, prompt, professional. He took my part exchange away, the whole process was smooth, streamline and stress-free. I can't thank or recommend Jason at Berkshire Jeeps enough, I have full faith in this car dealer and I would be more than happy to buy from here again.

I purchased a Jaguar XJ from Jason at Berkshire Jeeps, he's a good bloke, very helpful chap and knows what he's on about, very clued up. I'm very pleased with the car, its a lovely motor. The whole buying journey has been smooth, quick and professional. I chose the Jeep online and was sent pictures and videos of it, it looked and read perfect. We organised delivery and Jason, the owner actually came and delivered the car to me, I had 2 cars to trade in so Jason bought a 2nd person to ensure everything was sorted that day. He was very helpful and polite - we got on well. I can't fault the service provided, it was top notch through-out. Can't fault Jason at Berkshire Jeeps, he's been great from the very first enquiry, he was helpful at sale, and since buying he has been very very helpful, the ABS light came on, I live over 70 miles away from Berkshire Jeeps, so he advised me to take it locally and they will sort invoice - really happy with that solution as it worked 10x better from me. Jason has handled everything in a great way, very polite and professional.
