Their cars are decorated to look in better condition, but are dangerous as confirmed by 2 independent garages (Audi and Kwik Fit) Big Motoring World are a scam from start to finish, and you will end up with a car not fit for purpose, and they will not support you the moment you leave the lot. I purchased a car from Big Motoring World, the entire time they are trying to upsell you with additional services. The car price was decent so i still went ahead with it. Unfortunately driving it home, I felt the car shuddering under breaking. I contacted Big Motoring World who told me to take it to a local garage. I took it to a local garage who confirmed that the Calipers and brakes had been spray painted... without the wheel being removed. They confirmed this was hugely dangerous and could have caused an accident. This means that they did not remove the caliper, clean it, and then paint it properly... ie within 2 weeks the paint has all chipped off and it looks terrible. So not only was it dangerous, but I was sold a car thinking that it was in good condition and looking like it was taken care of... to it actually being poorly covered up ready for a quick sale. I called Big Motoring World who now said I had to take the car to Kwik Fit as they have a contract with them. I took it to Kwik Fit who then also confirmed exactly the same thing. Unfortunately Kwik Fit also damaged the car further which now has to be rectified as a separate issue. Again I called Big Motoring World and they refused to rectify the work which both companies had said needed carrying out, and they confirmed the car would have to go back to Big Motoring World. The car has been at Big Motoring World now for 2 weeks supposedly to replace Brake Pads, Discs, and Calipers around the car. Big Motoring World have then confirmed they have done the pads and discs, but are refusing to do the calipers. Their customer service is non-existent and rude (Customer Service Manager Coral).They are stating they will not do the calipers and they have tested... and are saying that they will get an independent review done on the calipers.... even though it was checked by 2 other companies, one of which they have a contract with. They have now stated that if I do not collect the car by end of day (I live 75 miles away with no car), then they will charge me 35 a day to store the car offsite. Do not buy from these cowboys. They are literally scamming people in to thinking the cars are in better condition by covering up issues such as poorly spraying calipers to make them look new.
