I wasn't really sure where to start, as I don’t tend to write reviews, but for these guys, I had to. I just upgraded to a Range Rover, and I’m really impressed so far. Aside from a little hiccup with the battery, which Birchwood Motors has been on top of to get sorted, everything is perfect. It was my first time getting a car from them, and honestly, I was over the moon. It was delivered to me, and was really clean, and the delivery process was really easy. They kept me updated at all times, communicating with me when I would receive the car. I would recommend them to family and friends. 4 stars for me, as I never give out full marks, but big thanks to these guys.

Loving my Astra. It’s driving smoothly, so no issues so far, touchwood. The sale process was straightforward, and they were not pushy at all. The paperwork was quick and easy, everything was explained well to me. The car was presented well and clean, so big shoutout to Birchwood motors.

Purchased a Vauxhall Grandland as a treat for myself, and I’m so glad I did. Really impressed with it. Birchwood themselves were really helpful and I will be going back, but hopefully not anytime soon. I would for sure recommend them to everyone looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond for their customers.

Cannot fault the customer service down at Birchwood motors. Luke was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions. He was not dismissive or pressuring and was just all round really communicative.

I recently bought a Vauxhall Corsa from Birchwood Motor, and I absolutely love it. The whole experience was great, and I have to give a shoutout to Dean. He was super helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Honestly, I can’t find a single thing to complain about.

The team were reliable and welcoming, there was no pressure, which is always something you have to be cautious of with salesmen. But luckily this is not something I experienced. Really impressed with Birchwood motor centre. My engine needed regenerating and they reimbursed me straight away, so they’re really quick to help out. Found them online, and will be going back due to their customer service and how much they value their customers.

Have been to Birchwood motors multiple times, and always do return because of their cars but also their customer service. They are really attentive, and it always just feels like a five-star experience. so don’t know what more one could want from a dealership.

Everything is so far so good. Did have a small puncture on my tyre, but they sorted it out for me straight away, so was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and aftersales care. They were absolutely brilliant so would return.

Purchased a Ford for my son. The dealership is local to us, so wasn’t a long journey there. It was my first time actually visiting them but will be returning next year for my other son’s car. Was really satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone was helpful and got us in and out. Cannot give five stars as I don’t ever give full marks but would give them 4 for sure. The staff were welcoming and there was no hard selling, which is always a positive.
