I am thrilled with my new car from Birchwood, I bought a lovely Nissan Juke, and the car is fantastic. Its very comfortable, the size is great and it's lovely to drive, I couldn't have asked for much more from the lovely chaps down there. I was very well looked after, I would recommend anybody looking for a lovely new car to go here.

Since I've bought my Ford Kuga, I've not looked back. I have already saved so much money having this car, its so much cheaper on fuel, insurance, tax etc. I use the car everyday, so its making a big difference. I have changed from a BMW X5 3 litre, so its a huge difference. I'm really pleased with it, its amazing! Both Jamie and Dean helped me through-out the process, and they were both extremely helpful, very pleasant lads to deal with. I had a slight issue with the Kuga, the clutch was sticking not long after I bought it, Birchwood Motor Centre took the car back in, and replaced it straight away, tis been brilliant since! I will 100% use this dealership again to buy a car, really impressed.

I couldn't fault he customer service provided here, the dealership was absolutely superb, they were helpful, polite and very professional. The Ford Focus I bought was amazing value for money, its only 1 year old, and feels and looks brand new, low mileage and great condition. I'm really happy with it, my wife has been driving it too, and I've had the approval from her, she's made up with it!

I bought a Renault Captur from Birchwood Motor Centre, I'm really happy with it, its lovely and smooth to drive. I've had the car checked over and its all fine. The customer service was great, the staff were helpful and friendly.

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me at Birchwood, but I can remember how helpful and fantastic he was. He was not a pushy salesman with a hard-selling approach, he was laid back, professional and polite. I was given plenty of time to look over the car and make my own decision. I had mentioned a few little bits that I found on the car, and when I collected it, they had all been sorted. I went for a Ford Fiesta, I'm in love with it, so happy, its lovely and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Everybody I spoke to at the dealership was kind and caring, I would be very comfortable buying here again, I will be recommending to family and friends too.

My new Hyundai i10 is perfect. A great little run around, it was a great price and cheap to run, really pleased. The staff are really nice, helpful and friendly.

I am very pleased with Birchwood Motor Centre, I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan and I had an issue with the battery and a light came on last week (Only had car a couple of weeks), I called and arranged to take it back on Monday, they said it won't take longer than a week, they called me on Wednesday and I picked it up yesterday. The issues have been fully resolved and the car is running and driving perfectly. They got this sorted quicker than expected, and they have fixed it to my standard. The dealer has exceeded expectations, even during the sale, the customer service was fantastic, very smooth and easy. I will use this dealer next time I need a new vehicle, and will definitely recommend to friends.
