Fantastic people selling very high quality cars! I cant tell you how incredibly helpful, polite, professional and HIGHLY knowledgeable the boys are. There isn't a questions they can't answer, they really are very good at what they do, and they enjoy it - you can see that. I cannot fault the whole process of buying a car here, the car is amazing, the service was next to none and the whole experience was so enjoyable!! I bought a Corsa for my for son and thankfully he passed his test yesterday, which is amazing! I'm glad he will be able to enjoy the car fully now! We dealt with Mitchell when buying it and there was no pressure he gave lots of time to look around and ask questions (even though it was clear my son really wanted the car) he never assumed we was buying and still kept the options open. Really excellent from start to finish, it was a personal service and I could tell Mitchell was passionate about what he was doing. I will be back in the future and have already passed on recommendations to friends.

This is my 3rd car from Birchwood and its always a straightforward quick process. I bought a VW polo and its lovely, tis so nice to drive, I find myself making up excuses to drive it 🤣 Everything was sorted for me with no hassle and everyone is lovely to deal with, you wont feel under pressure and the guys will help their god damn hardest to get what you want. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cars. I highly recommend!

I would not hesitate to recommend Birchwood to anyone looking for a used car, the service was first class and everybody I spoke to was very friendly. I recently bought a VW scirocco, the car was pristine when collecting, but not long after I discovered a couple of leaks on the car. I contacted Mitchell (who I dealt with when buying) and he got the leaks sorted right away, the car was booked in, repaired and ack to me in no time, he was so helpful. Since having the car back its running perfect, I'm so chuffed with it and wouldn't think twice about buying me next car here.

I bought an Astra and I've been on a couple of long journeys so far and its been great, very reliable and its really comfy for long distance too. The car was delivered right to my house and went through a whole lot quicker than I even expected! I cant fault the service or how quick and easy it was. Where do I start? The service from Mitchell and Jamie was absolutely outstanding from the very minute I saw the car online to when it was delivered. Any questions I had they bent over backwards for me. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and ever so welcoming. First class service I honestly couldn't be happier, I had to call to ask how to take the petrol cap off and even that wasn't a problem for them, the experience was different to anything I've ever had. The car I bought is absolutely stunning, I'm totally over the moon with it. When I had to tax the car I couldn't do it so they did it straight away for me honestly nothing was too much trouble and they really helped me out. I built a personal relationship with them all and thank you to every single one of them... Off the rocks!!
