Definitely deserving of five stars without a doubt. The Lexus is the best car I've ever driven, coming away from BMW and Mercedes which I won't be going back to. Jamie was amazing because he told me everything I needed to know about the car before going ahead with it, giving me full confidence. Faultless overall.

This is the second car I've got from Birchwood and I'm very happy with it. I've already recommended them to my son to get a car from here.

It was my first time visiting this dealership and it was nice to feel welcomed on arrival instead of being surrounded by salesmen. The team let me look around the car at my own leisure, and once I was ready for some more information, someone was on hand to help. A short test drive later and I was happy to take the car. Since driving away the car has been great but I've only been out in it a few times so it's something I'll keep an eye on, but I'm happy overall.

I just want to say that I do not miss my Merc at all. My BMW has been amazing, and I couldn't be happier with her because she looks good and drives like a dream. She is all settled into the family now with some private plates on and she has a name to top it off. The team at the dealership has been amazing, they've done everything they said they were going to do and got any issues resolved without any pushback. I'd be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Very happy with the service from the guys at Birchwood Motor Centre. The whole sale was really professional and I couldn't ask for anything better. As for the Toyota the car has been mega to say the least. I'm just waiting on some floor mats to be delivered to make it the perfect experience, but I know the guys are sorting it.

All is going well with my new car and up until now I've got no issues to report. I'm no good with names but I think the lad who looked after me was Jamie, who was very polite and more than helpful from start to finish. When I came back to collect the car it was nice to see it had a full valet. I wouldn't change anything about my visit.

I've had my Nissan Juke for 5 weeks now, and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s a lovely, lovely car. Kelvin was the gentleman who looked after me and he very informative, not pushy at all, and super helpful. Definitely a 5* service! This is my 3rd or 4th time going back to Birchwood Motor Centre, and the guys are so experienced. It’s always a nice atmosphere, and the transaction from part exchanging my KA to the Juke was easy. Every time I go in, it gives me peace of mind knowing I’ll be in good hands. First-class service!

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and great to talk to. From the outset Kelvin understood my problems and the need for a small SUV. My daughter has cancer and getting into and out of a ford focus was very difficult. After a test drive I left a deposit and returned a few days later to buy the car. Together we sorted the road tax and exchange documents. Overall it was a great experience.

I'm really happy with my new MG. Every car I buy is from these guys as I just trust them. I always have a good experience. I used to be quite local to them, but i'm not any longer. But nevertheless I still make the journey down to them specifically every time. Their customer service is genuinely perfect. Dean is the one who always deals with me when I come down and I cannot fault him, he is great every time. There is never any surprise or hidden costs, so you know you aren't being misled. I will continue to come down and would 100% recommend them to others.
