Went to view a 2014plate Nissan juke week commencing Mon 7/10/24. The vehicle was like new. Only 24k miles, FULL Nissan serviced history, 2 owners. Full leather upholstery, sat nav, cameras, packed with extras. Steve & John were fantastic. Relaxed and very knowledgeable. By Saturday the Juke was sitting proudly on my driveway. Will definitely buy from these guys again.

We recently bought a car from Steve. The experience was probably one of the best I have had in buying a car. The level of attention to detail was outstanding and far in excess of the previous Peugeot Main Dealer purchase from Wingrove Newcastle. Steve could not have done more to ensure the car was presented in as new condition.

We had a very bad experience from a car dealer.we had a car from birkbrow 3yrs ago,so had a look on line.near closing time when we rang to enquire about a red hatchback, but Steve brought it to our house to view it, he has gone above and beyond to help,as we had ended up with no car,and my wife needs transport. I recently bought a car from Birkbrow Motor Company (Marske). The car I bought was not overpriced, had very low mileage and was immaculate inside and out. Everything about the car was explained to me by John who was very professional, courteous and friendly. At the time of sale John sorted out all of the paperwork for me which made the whole experience quick and stress free. I would highly recommend Birkbrow Motor Company if you are looking for a reliable, low mileage used car at a very competitive price.

We went to this dealership first to see cars and we walked out quite happy! Karl was really helpful and let us see the cars at our own pace and was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to buy. Answered all our questions and even was available for us over the phone the next couple of days when we had additional questions and wanted to pick up additional paperwork. All in all we're quite pleased with our purchase, the car is running great and it feels like new! Will be recommending this dealership to others!

I phoned John on a Thursday late afternoon after seeing a car on the website. I visited the garage early Friday and purchased my car! There a was no pressure to buy the car at all. John was courteous and was extremely kind and even gave me a lift to collect my new car. Thank you!
