I recently bought a Citroen cactus automatic they said they would do two jobs on in before the MOT when i picked up the car they gave me a MOT but it shouldn't have passed,the passenger side light was still very loose and the horn didn't work and I've never received the C5 log book absolutely pathetic dealer ,i wish i never went to them steer clear.

Mark, we've been made aware of this review several months after you purchased the vehicle from us. This is the first we've known about any issues with the 8 year old car and had you actually been in touch we would have done our utmost to try to resolve any issues. Unfortunately unless we are made aware we can't actually do much. The v5 was issued by the DVLA, we have checked this ourselves. In future please note that some communication in the event of a problem will definitely be of help for both parties. Regards Craig
Amazing service from start to finish nothing was too much trouble it was lovely to come across a car dealership that was not pushy but were very friendly and helpful Would recommend anyone to buy a car from them and will return when I need a new one
All I can say is if you buy a car from this dealer you want hope it does not go wrong in the warranty period, law states if you have a fault and you do not trust the car within 30 days you can demand your money back, afraid boss man Graig does not like standing by his legal requirements... Advice to any potential customer is stear well clear...a very two faced man that only deals in his terms...and has a tendency to feed you with bull @@@@...
Disgusting company. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Craig is an aggressive, arrogant liar. Do not trust this company. Been shouted at and hung up on multiple times, absolute disgraceful way to speak to customers. I no doubt expect I will get a sarcastic reply to this negative review, as Craig can't ever admit he is wrong. He is a narcissist. Take a look at his other replies and you'll see how he always has an answer. Never buy a car from here.

Just had my Volvo v70 R design delivered from BQ cars and what can I say absolutely Brilliant Nigel and Craig were so kind and made buying a car so easy and professional. Bought a car from the guys last week. Best service I have ever had and the car arrived in showroom condition. Can’t recommend them enough.
It’s taken me far too long to finish this up and I apologise sincerely. Craig and the team have been so wonderful, I needed a new car during the COVID pandemic and I am a key-worker. The utmost effort was put into helping me get a new car and support with dealing with my old vehicle too. Would highly recommend the team many thanks once again.
