Rating of 5. Very transparent and easy to deal with, no pressuring sales techniques used and allowed ample time for the two test drives I carried out before making up my mind. They also made an allowance for me with an extended deposit period whilst I sold my current vehicle. Six weeks since purchase and the vehicle has given me no issues, so definitely as described in original advertisement and per AA vehicle inspection report. Would happily do business with again in future and have recommended Bravo to friends and colleagues.

The staff members was very helpful and patient, it took quite a while to get the finance sorted but I was treated with respect and kindness while waiting for the process to complete. Also I was picked up from the station as it’s quite off the beaten track at a lovely countryside location which was great. The actual car I purchased am very very happy with. All in all I was very impressed with the company.

I was able to find a decent car. The process wasn’t difficult and the staff were professional. However, I didn’t feel like there was much effort with communication or to make the experience stand out. Overall, it was just a decent, no frills car buying experience
