What a fantastic dealership.
From the minute I walked in I felt welcome and listened too about what I was after.
They were happy to show me any vehicle.
I settled on a stunning X5, took it out for a test drive. Fresh mot and any marks were delt with before pick up.
Josh was so helpful and any issues at all post sale is there to speak to and deal with.
I could not have asked for a better sales experience.
Most importantly a great vehicle that I could not be happier with.

As a single woman buying a car can be a daunting process, especially when you have encountered unscrupulous dealers in the past. I was therefore very happy to find a car that I loved the look of and had a great buying experience with Brown’s. Not only was I nervous, I am also neurodivergent but Brown’s Autos put me at my ease. They were very responsive throughout the process and answered my queries. On the day a gentleman called Mark test drove for me and he was friendly and calm. The paperwork side was also an easy experience. From the minute I made contact with James via phone all and then Josh via text, Brown’s has just felt like a different company to deal with. No pushiness and also I feel like I can contact them after purchase with any issues.

A year after I bought an Audi TT from Brown's a change in circumstances called for something a bit more practical. Within a week Josh had sorted me out with a cracking VW Golf. 2nd time buying from Brown's and I'll be back again next time!

Browns autos is a perfect example of an amazing family run business! From start to finish Josh was 10/10 and on the collection day all staff were friendly and had a clear passion for the business and customer service making it a wonderful experience. My new car was clean inside and out, and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be back in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!
