Absolutely shocking. Thought it was great when I turned up back in June to buy a car, he was supposed to do the change of ownership (v5c) online which he told me he had, I spoke to dvla around july/August to get told he hasn't done it. Was in correspondence with the owner telling me he has done it blah blah blah its now end of October and still hasn't done it, correspondence from them stopped at beginning of September and all I was told was to do this myself. If I buy a car from a garage it is there responsibility not mine. Trading standards are now my next call.

What a brilliant place the Budget car centre in Reading is. When my ford focus home i had to put a car seat in the back and had help in doing this, when doing this the catch on the seat handle was broken, so called them up and let them know. We are 80 miles away, they said pop in a local garage and get this fixed and arrange payment for this which they did. What a brilliant piece of service.
