Was looking for a seven seater so had to do some shopping around. Found another dealer further North but their reviews were not so good so decided on BVG and have not been disappointed. Very pleased we chose them, Bought a Discovery and its fab, just what we needed. Will definitely be recommending them to friends, the service we received was outstanding.

More than happy with our car, treated very well when we went over to see the car, was originally looking for a Range Rover Sport and when we got down there there was so much choice we ended up with a Discovery, very pleased with it and the service we received - top marks from us!

I took a trip down to BVG as I was in need of a work horse for toing and froing from work and back, it's a couple hours down the motorway each day and I just needed something relatively economical, reliable, comfortable and that I could rack up the miles without excessive running costs. I have a ford Focus Hatchback which has served me well over the years, I saw a Focus Estate at BVG which seemed to be something along the lines of the perfect candidate. I was able to test drive and look over in my own time without feeling like there was any pressure from Shah or the team to commit. The dealership was quite busy so there was some waiting around to be seen, joys of going to such a highly rated dealership I suppose. There has been a couple very minor issues, the start stop system isn't working intermittently and the temperature gauge seems to be ding its own thing, I think the two issues may be interlinked. I have the warranty and plan to utilize it, I am just working out a date where I will be able to get the car into a local garage and looked at. One thing which stood at which I thought was really good, I have bought many cars in the past and it's always been the car is sold, let's move on.. BVG called me a little while after the purchase, just to check in, ensure everything is going well and offered help and support with the little issues I have had. Really pleased and happy to have dealt with BVG, keep up the great work guys!

Everything went without a hitch, I purchased a BMW 2 Series from BVG Automotive and despite a few little issues which are currently being sorted under the warranty. The process has been smooth and stress-free. I had a similar car before but it was Mercedes, both MPV's, I massively prefer my new BMW! All the team are really nice, friendly and professional.
