I didn't personally pick up the car, but my wife did, and she mentioned that the staff at the garage were incredibly helpful. The car itself is fantastic, and I'll definitely return to BVG Automotive when I'm ready for a change to see what they have available

I experienced exceptional customer service at BVG Automotive. They gave me space to explore without any pressure, which I appreciated. I'm thrilled with my Jaguar; it matched the description perfectly and was impeccably clean. Although I encountered an issue with an engine light coming on, they diligently inspected it and, despite finding nothing concerning, cleared it. They assured me to return if any further issues arise. Their service undoubtedly deserves 5 stars.
