My last car was an Audi A7, unfortunately, we had some issues and needed to get rid, I was on the hunt for something which was nippy enough hat I could still have the fun I had from the Audi A7 but with some added practicality for the wife, the kids, the dog and generally more suited to day to day use. BVG Automotive had a Focus ST which ticked all the boxes for me, I live well over 3hrs away from the dealership so it was daunting having to do the sale without actually seeing the car, the lads handled that side of things really well, sent me videos, video called me and highlighted certain things which would likely be flagged in person and made me confident in the car and the integrity of the business. Really happy with the company and I would recommend BVG to anyone looking for a new car.

I have always been a VW guy, this is the first VW SUV I have owned. They are all very same same to drive and it's has been easy enough to get used to the size so both me and the wife and really happy and really enjoying our new Tiguan. Went dealt with a few different lads but Shah took us through the sale, all the team are really pleasant and they looked after us. The dealership was incredibly busy when we went down which did mean longer waiting times and the staff were juggling a few different customers at once, nothing which could be done about this, it's obviously just a reflection of the business and the cars they have on offer,

A bought a Range Rover Sport from BVG, it's the biggest car I have ever owned and I am really enjoying it so far. It drives really well and I feel the value for money was really good, for the age, millage and condition of the car, I got a cracking deal. I can't remember the name of the salesmen, all the staff are dead sound though to be fair.

My wife and I have been sharing a Ford Kuga for the longest time, she really likes the Kuga but this has always been my car so we decided to get her something similar. The Hyundai Tucson really caught our eye when we finally ventured over to BVG Automotive. Shah discussed the motor is great detail with us, answered all our questions and he made us feel really at ease. The car is Diesel, we haven't had Diesel cars for a long time, they are obviously a lot lower revving however, the engine is bigger than the Kuga so it pulls harder and is a lot more responsive. Can't fault the cars, service or the chaps at the dealership, they are all really good.

My last car was a Nissan Qashqai and we went to BVG Automotive looking for something similar. All the staff were very helpful, showed the options available and helped us narrow them down based of preferences and requirements. Shah was the main man looking after us but we met Raf and Rob, all three were really friendly and generally great to work with. The car has been fantastic since the purchase, no problems what so ever, very happy to recommend BVG Automotive.

I traded in my old Astra GTC and upgraded to a BMW 2 Series, I am absolutely made up with the car and really happy with my purchase. Everything has been perfect. The brakes had been changed before the purchase, I needed to change the sensor which cost me around £70 to sort however, there would have been no way for the dealer to know this needed doing. I think it was Shar who served us when we went in, lovely guy, very friendly, appears to really enjoy his job. Wouldn't be fair to rate anything less than full marks.

I went with my mother in law to help her buy a new car, she really fell in love with a Vauxhall Mokka which she had seen and after a look around, a look into the cars history and a good chat with one of the reps, we came to a deal and got it all signed off. She loves her car and so far, it all seems to be running well. The lads were all really good to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Would defiantly consider using BVG Automotive again in future.

I upgrade my BMW 5 Series to an M sport. I loved my old car but needed to change and couldn't think of anything I would rather have that another 5 Series. The car is awesome, very fast with lots of techy bits, it's comfortable and hopefully just as reliable as my last car. Really pleased with all the staff at BVG, the whole thing was very well organised and felt personable throughout.

Really happy with my new Octavia, it's a great car and one I have had my eyes on for a while. Staff were all great, shah is a nice bloke, I would highly recommend BVG if you are in the market for a used car.

My partner and I decided it was time to trade in the RR Sport we had and look for something a little different, I saw an Audi A3 at BVG Automotive, the black colour with the all black bodykit looked so smart and I couldn't resist, it's a lot smaller than the Rangey we had before but we also have a Porsche Boxster and I have had a mini in the past, I have drove a lot of cars big and small so it has been really easy to get used to. My partner and I both love the car, the customer service has been lovely, Shah and the team are all so nice and friendly, It was really nice how trusting they were when we asked for the test drive and we were given the keys to go off and try it ourselves. Very good service, can't complain at all.
