All is well, I am really enjoying my new Mercedes CLA, it's a step up from anything I have had in the past and certainly feels as such. IT's a great car, the only little problem I had was one of the window wipers came off and I had to replace these, I called BVG after I did the repair and they refunded me the money without hesitation which I really appreciated. Shah was great to deal with, really friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. Very please with the BVG team, they have some really nice cars available.

I am impressed with not only the quality and condition of my new car but the service from BVG Automotive, Shah was the main man looking after me throughout the sales process, he was really great for keeping me informed during the preparation, lines of communication were open and it was always easy to get hold of him. I had an M4 before, not to similar to my new Jaguar XF but still a similar tier of car and it hasn't taken me long to transition over. I love my new car and I am really happy with everything BVG have done for me.

A big thank you to Rob and Shah. They made the process of buying my Audi very smooth. Everyone knows buying a car is a huge decision, they were very patient with me and gave me a few advise and options where needed overall they were just brilliant. They kept to their word of reserving the car for my finance to go through and I got my car delivered the same day my payment went through. Everyone was super nice and friendly, the representative that delivered my car was also very nice and he was very gentle with my car. All I can say is the service is 10/10 will definitely recommend. Really happy with the Land Rover, it runs great and the team were amazing.

I have to start by simply saying.... Raf is amazing! Me and my partner took the long trip down from Scotland to Oldham and he couldn't of been any more accommodating, he made us feel right at home. It was a long drive to Oldham, but it was so worth it when we got there to see the car and how nice and kind the dealership staff were. We have had the car for a month now and all is running well, the long drive home was lovely in the new car and certainly gave me the opportunity to get a good feel for it. I'm very grateful for Raf and can't thank him enough.

Rob made the process of buying my new Audi very easy and he was more than happy to help me every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect. I would 100% recommend to a friend or family. The a6 is a perfect car and just what I wanted, its serving its purpose very well.

Happy with the service I was provided, everybody was kind, helpful and welcoming. My Mustang runs great, its the perfect drive and very eye catching! I've had the car checked over and it's mechanically sound, very impressed.

This was my first time buying a car - ever! I was finally ready to get my first car, so I took to the internet to see what car would be best for my budget. After looking around, this is when I saw the Merc C-Class on BVG's website. Once I was happy I went to view it , and needless to say I was very impressed with it. I've had the car for a while now, and I'm glad I got a car from this dealership. Only 4 stars as I can't compare it to other dealerships with it being my first time.

After viewing the car online, I phoned up to enquire about it, Rob was the gentleman who talked me through the condition of the car. I went ahead with the car and got it delivered not long after. I was very happy with the delivery process as the car arrived on time, spotless and the driver was lovely!

Had the car for a month and it is great, I'm still really enjoying it. Shah was great to deal with also. Very happy.
