We recently purchased a Land Rover with the intention of towing our caravan, although we haven't had a chance to install the tow bar yet. Even though we've only taken it out a few times, we can confidently say it's a beautiful car—everything we hoped for. We also own a van, but some caravan sites didn't like it, so getting the Land Rover made perfect sense for us, as we’ve always wanted one anyway. The buying experience was excellent. Amin, our salesperson, was fantastic. Despite being extremely busy and rushed off his feet, he took the time to show us different vehicles, and he handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went.

From making the initial inquiry to the handover of my Mitsubishi, everything went much better than I anticipated. Amin was a great salesman who really knew what he was talking about. He gave you lots of useful information and let me take all the time that I needed to decide whether I wanted to buy the car or not, which I really respected of him. I would definitely use BVG again, and to anyone else that is reading this review, don't think twice about paying them a visit.

BVG Automotive deserve top marks. The level of service I received from them during the purchase of my Mercedes was first class. As soon as I got to the dealership to have a look at the car, I was made to feel welcome and allowed all the time I required to look at the Mercedes without being pestered.

Initial meeting was not confirmed, so the car I went to look at unfortunately had been sold. But they have a great selection and I quickly saw another which was even nicer. The guys were very helpful and friendly. Car was delivered, driver was  very helpful and informative about the car. So far all good, lovely car (Jag XE)

Everyone we spoke to at BVG Automotive was absolutely amazing. The service was truly second to none, making the trip from York to Oldham well worth it to purchase my Ford Kuga. When I collected the car, it was in even better condition than described in the advert and was sparkling clean. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Shah was courteous and helpful, and while we were going over the paperwork, he offered to make me a cup of coffee and went over everything clearly and thoroughly with me, ensuring that everything made sense. He took his time so nothing felt rushed, and he allowed me to take the car for a test drive. A 5-star service!
