I've always had a Mondeo, usually big estates, I was ready for a younger model so decided to treat myself, I am absolutely chuffed to bits with it I am. I really really like it, its ever so comfortable and spacious. The chaps delivered the car to me and I was blown away it looked like a brand new motor its in top condition, oh it looked fantastic, it really did! The dealer is brilliant, they did everything they said they would, they kept me updated and answered all my questions. I will be back in a few years to upgrade again! Very good customer service, very helpful. My car was pristine when I collected it, and even though the weather had been really bad the day before I could tell the car was cleaned the morning I was going - it was presented perfectly and that's what sealed the deal for me. I recently bought a Citroen C1 from Canvey Carriage Company, its the first time I've purchased from this dealership and they were very good, I'm pleased with the C1 - its serving its purpose and a lovely little car and its very cost efficient to run.

So far, so good - I purchased a Mazda 3, very happy with it, no issues. The transaction was smooth and I'm very happy with everything and how it was all handled.

I dealt with a gentleman called Vorty during the purchase of our Qashqai - we went to see the car, it was what we expected, my Wife really liked it and it was mainly for her so we left a deposit and returned the following day to collect - within 15 minutes we was in and out and on our way, a very quick handover, the guys are very friendly and pleasant, it was a stress-free car purchase. My Wife is very pleased with the car, she's enjoying driving it we've had no problems, no complaints - very happy with everything over-all.
