I had in my mind a rough idea of what I wanted, I wasn't too fused about what car, as in make and model, I just wanted something in good condition, low mileage, no previous damage etc, just a decent reliable car. Canvey Carriage gave me all the details and history of a Peugeot 3008 they had, for what I wanted it ticked all the boxes. I'm so glad I jumped at it I am more than happy with it, its been nothing but great to drive, I went to collect it and it was just as Greg described it, it looked as good as new. Greg was more than accommodating and there was a few occasions where he really did go above and beyond for me - great dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.

I am made up with my Kia Sportage everything is absolutely perfect I'm so happy with it. I'm still getting used to the car as its a lot newer than my old one, the last car I had was 15 years old so this is most definitely an upgrade, its so modern and techy inside, there's lots of functions and buttons to get used to, but its lovely, Im very pleased. The whole customer service/dealership experience was fantastic, Greg was amazing, ever so helpful and courteous. The team are helping my Husband find and buy a car, so I think its obvious we would buy here again and highly recommend to others.

Everything is great with my new Ford Ecosport I'm very happy with it. I've done a few long trips and its been nothing but perfect, its very comfortable too, which is very important for me. The chaps were brilliant very helpful. No trouble at all with the car I would recommend to others.

I was ready for an upgrade and was originally wanting a Ford Mondeo, I found one with Canvey Carriage, all looked and read very well I made the enquiry and the team was extremely helpful and polite. My brother has a Ford Focus and he was trying to convince me that a Focus would be better than a Mondeo so I had a spin in his, it was absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed driving it, 4 members of my family have Focus' and I got none stop head ache from them.... I contacted Canvey again and explained I was thinking of a Focus instead, they had the perfect motor in for me. I took my brother down, and he nearly bought it from underneath me!!! When we got there the car was very well presented, it looked immaculate. The lads at the dealership bent over backwards, so helpful and knowledgeable, I cant fault them what so ever.

Service was spot on, very strange buying a car online and only communicating via phone and email, no face to face interaction - its very different. Canvey Carriage were spot on, although I didnt receive face to face customer service, I was very well looked after and the dealer did everything they could - very helpful and on the ball. Bought a lovely BMW 2 Series, not used it as much as I'd like but its lovely to drive and running well. I would be happy to buy here again, very good.

I was very impressed with the whole experience and purchase at Canvey Carriage Company, I bought a Nissan Qashqai and its absolutely great, I'm very happy with it. Greg was fantastic, really helpful, he did the handover too which was nice as we had been speaking over email and phone, so was a pleasure to meet him. The handover was smooth and very well organised, everything was ready for my arrival including the car and paperwork. Very simple and straight forward.
