I bought an Audi TT from Car Central Birmingham, I'm really happy with the car. The whole experience was very good from the first initial contact. Anything I wanted to know, they told me, answered all questions, explained everything clearly, they were fantastic. I arranged collection and the car was ready on time and looked great, super clean and shiny. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this dealer again, and I would recommend to others that are looking for a well priced car and great customer service.

Easy transaction, I literally went down to test drive the car decided I wanted it and took it home the same day, so really couldn't of been easier or quicker. The sales guy was really good, he was nice, polite and there was no pushiness at all. It was a straight forward transaction, made very easy and smooth. I highly recommend Car Central Birmingham - mainly for the high spec/quality cars they sell and also for the outstanding customer service. They know how to sell cars properly and keep the customer happy.

Fantastic experience at Car Central, I love my Ford Focus ST, its so fun to drive. I will absolutely return if they have a car I like the look of again and happily recommend to anyone else in the market. The dealer was brilliant, very helpful with any questions I had he was really talkative and easy to get along with, it made it a really nice personalised experience.

Very happy with my new car from Car Central. I bought a Skoda and it was very clean and in great condition when I collected it and it was a very good price. I have had no issues with the car up to now and the dealership have been very helpful and friendly through-out the purchase. I have recently purchased a BMW Z4 from this dealership in Birmingham and the service was absolutely first class! I was so impressed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The car I bought is slightly older but it left there in top showroom condition and looks and drives like a brand new car, Im chuffed to bits with it.
