I must say they are a really friendly bunch down at Car Central in Birmingham, they are so helpful and accommodating Every part of the transaction was simple and rather quick as well. They were very honest about the car made me aware of any wear and tear marks before I was arriving. To my surprise, the car was in a better condition than I imagined it to be and was actually in great condition. really appreciated the honesty of the dealership, as it made me feel as though they were trust worthy and reliable. I would definitely recommend these to others, and would happily return again.

I am really liking my little KA that I recently bought from this dealership in Birmingham, it is a great little run around and is getting me from A to B just fine! The service was very professional, I didn't feel forced or pressured to make the sale, and was allowed on a little test drive to see if it is the car for me. I would definitely use these again when I am after a change they were a really helpful bunch!

A very good experience from start to finish! The salesman was a great help and very welcoming. I was able to view the car in my own time and didn't feel under pressure to secure the sale, all questions answered honestly and openly. Nothing is too much trouble for car central... they did everything and more to make sure I was happy. The customer service was brilliant and everybody was really kind and helpful. I went with a 530d and its a lovely lovely car. Very nice to drive and certainly looks the part, I've had some great compliments on the car. Everything is fine with my Audi A5, it is a great car and is doing its job without any trouble, it starts first time and runs lovely. The customer service was great, the team was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions that I had. There was no nonsense and nobody constantly looking over my shoulder. Id be happy shopping here again for sure.

Bought the car online ,never done this before ,but I read reviews that were good and 12 month warranty was a great thing to get free with the car plus AA cover ,I've had my car 2 weeks everything great no problems,really happy with how fast everything went through and it being delivered to Wales by some friendly , helpful drivers .

Everyone at Car Central B-ham were very friendly and helpful when I was purchasing my Mondeo. The car was in a great condition and was so tidy inside. The salesman who I dealt with was so caring, it was great to have someone who truly values their customers looking after you. The only reason for the 4.5 star rating is that I did have a slight issue, however they did solve it for me!

My new Ford S-Max drives perfectly, its by far the most comfortable car I've ever owned. It was immaculate in condition when I went to view it, and looked even better before collection, the attention to detail is amazing.
