My son has had a few issues with cars in the past so when he was looking for a new one I wanted to make sure he went to a reputable dealer. I saw Car Central Birmingham online and they didn't have any strings of negative reviews and just looked nice and professional. Harry was very knowledgeable not just about the car but about the industry too. He had a lovely manner and was very transparent which gave us peace of mind that he sourced his cars well and that we would have no issues. The Ford Fiesta has been great so far and it was really nice to be treated with the same due care and attention as if we were buying a high end car. I went there more hopeful than expecting anything so I was pleasantly surprised when they surpassed all my expectations and the reviews.

I got my Ssangyoung from Car Central and it has been great. It is running really well so far. We were well looked after when we went to the Birmingham branch and went on a test drive and everything. Really good service

I loved my new R class from Car Central Birmingham. I was in need of a more spacious car to ferry around my customers, and the R class provided the perfect amount of  space without affecting the driving experience. The customer service was fantastic; I even had the gaffer help me through the process and  go over the finer details, but the communication was spot on and very open and honest throughout, which is great to see. I couldn't have asked for better service, so easily rate them 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I've always driven big cars but my latest Qashqai from Car Central has a lot more mod cons than my last! Luckily for me my daughter has one, so she's basically my real-life instruction manual haha! My experience with CCB has been really positive. The process was straight-forward, no technical jargon, and no pressure. They allowed me to browse in peace at my own leisure. I can't stand it when salespeople follow you around - It's my pet hate! Thanks to the staff at the dealership for leaving me to it and providing support as/when needed; it's been a welcome change. My son-in-law's already in talks about buying another car, so it's good to keep it in the family.

Although I purchased my new Mazda 6 some time ago, I went away on an extended holiday pretty much immediately to Morocco. I returned yesterday and went out for my first spin - The car's great! It's a bit of a change from what I was driving previously so is taking some getting used to...but so far, so good. I was looking for an A-Class originally, but i'm pretty tall and felt a bit cramped, so I opted for the Mazda 6 as it's more spacious. Car Central Bham arranged to drop the car at my house for a test drive....surprisingly at no extra cost!!! Their customer service was top-tier and i've already recommended them to friends & family. I would have rated 5 stars but they've lost a point for not having more finance brokers to choose from...but aside from that everything was perfect and i'll definitely buy my future cars here.

I've driven Fords all my life, and whilst this may be my last one because of my age, I'm very much enjoying driving it. After I had decided which car I wanted, I sat in the dealership and went through all the paperwork, and the gentleman made it a very relaxed and quick experience. If I could score higher than 5, I would!

I have never had a Jaguar before, but I have seen them when I have been out and about, and they just look brilliant! I had a look online and came across a lovely one at Car Central Birmingham.
