Took my KIA RIO back twice because the hand brake light would not go off when the hand brake was released. The second time the hand brake was stripped down. On collection the fault was still there. The technician instructed we how to use the hand brake. After 52 years of driving double decker buses,ambulances and a motorhome it was somewhat upsetting. I am so upset at the technician manner it has made me ill. I will never go back to the Car Store Leeds or recommend them to anyone else.
We have just purchased a Mercedes from the dealership and part exchanged our car. We were greeted by Zac who made the whole process simple. We got the car we wanted at a competitive price and a good part exchange deal Overall a very positive experience thanks to zac and his manager Dave. Thanks Car Store Leeds.
