Very pleased with my experience at Evans Halshaw, Milton Keynes. Took my car in on a Friday afternoon, got offered a reasonable price for my car (quite a bit more than "we buy any car" as they took way too much money off in my opinion for minor stone chippings, etc), went in next day (Saturday afternoon) to complete the sale and had the money in my bank by Monday. Very smooth and relaxing it was. 5 stars

Initially I had issues getting through to speak to someone at the Car Store Milton Keynes as I was put on hold listening to music for over 10-15 minutes anytime I called. Once I got through then there was another issue getting to speak to the right person as I was passed around and been promised that someone would call me back which they never did. I finally got my car booked in for repairs by head office. On the day I took my car in I must say I could not fault the service , staff were very friendly and accommodating. James the mechanic was really helpful as he kept me updated on the progress of my repairs, and any concerns I had he dealt with them very quickly. There was I slight issue with getting a part but William kindly went out of his way to the dealers and picked it up himself which I thought was excellent customer service, he also kept me informed and came and explained what the fault was on my car. Over all I think the crew were friendly and very helpful.
Went to the car store Milton Keynes to look at a car unfortunately the person we spoke to didnt advise us to reserve the car as it wasn't at the site, but made an appointment to view the car two days later, when we arrived it had sold we hadn't ant notification bit annoying. But then In stepped Sandro and Josh they helped us source another car and had it brought down from Nottingham the next day. Amazing service we went on to buy this car but have today great service from these guys, well done lads would return again. L and D

Bought a car 4 months ago for cash from Evans Halshaw Car Store Milton Keynes. Took 2 months for delivery. Still not on the road 4 months later due to vehicle identity paperwork problems. No calls. No help. Just took my cash.
Everything was excellent and have already recommended them to so many people .The only small problem is im still waiting for the book 1 month on, but Evans Halshaw Car Store have done so much for me this is why i have given them 5*.
