Today I sold my Bmw car to them and the staff was very helpful and professional and I dealt by Mr Rubel,Mr Lewis and Mr Toki from stratford branch they are all good and professional in paper work advices and information and I certainly refers all my friends to them,i forgot to take the permit sticker off the screen so I rang them and they said they will remove it for me and keep it safe to pick up. I was looking to sell my car and came across Car Store in Stratford. They are based inside the Morrison’s car park. I must say their customer services and the manner they approach customers is excellent specially Geoff who dealt with my car. The good thing about Car Store is they inspect your car thoroughly and give you a very good price other than other dealers like “we buy any car”. Car Store don’t charge any admin fee which is great. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to sell their old cars specially the ones who are affected under ULEZ then I would say car store is the right place to go. Please don’t waste time in going to any other store other than CAR STORE. They are the best. Geoff a big thank you to you for taking care of me and my car. Keep smiling my dear like you always do. We have just used Car Store Stratford to not only sell our car but we have also just brought our new one the service they provide is amazing. They are based in Morrison’s car park and even though they don’t have stock on site over a coffee and a nice office you can browse over 6000 cars online. The best bit once you have chosen your desired car you pay a fee of £199 and then the car is moved to Stratford for your viewing, test drives are offered finance is sorted and there you have it simple. Our car was a excellent price far cheaper than other local dealers and was moved from Leeds. I would highly recommended this company when buying or selling your car. Geoff the manager is very experienced and explained the process clearly and in detail his staff are happy warming and friendly.all in all a really fantastic service. Thanks everyone at car store Stratford you are the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. Forgot to mention all cars are 128 AA point checked for added piece of mind. Again a big thankyou, Abi L.
