Cannot fault Carbase - 5 stars. Rang up to pay the refundable depsoit on a car I saw advertised online that was in the Weston Super Mare branch. They offered to move the car to my local branch in Bristol which was a great help! I was served by a gentleman called Naseem who was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you! Overall brilliant and faultless service with Carbase.

Great service from Start to finish in the showroom a little disappointing that when phoned said the car I ended up buying wasn’t available salesman Tristain was good nothing was too much trouble for him

On arrival we were left to look at vehs at our leisure no pressure at all , when we found a van we liked we approached a salesman in the yard and asked for help . Again no pressure the car was got ready for a test drive and away we went , Louis was very professional and at no time made us feel pressured in any way ending up with us buying the veh there & then . Would highly recommend carbase to anyone wanting to purchase a car
