Absolutely awful 'customer service' or lack of. Ignore phonecalls and messages Bought a car, 6 weeks later enginge light came on ignored all forms of contact so paid to get repairs done myself. Have reported to AA and trading standards

My son bought a car which has developed a fault. They are now ignoring our calls but when we call from a different number they strangely answer but never do anything. There advise was for us to get a diagnostics on the car completed ourselves!! I really don’t think they understand what warranty actually means. Scum!!!!

I bought a car from them and suddenly something wrong with my car. Email them Several times but they have many excuses saying they have not received my email but I have proof or they have not received the attachment or they are away . My husband ring them several times but no one answered. I think once . Until now my car is not fixed or never been seen . It’s still under warranty. They won’t reply to you especially if your car still under warranty. Like some customers who bought their car from them . Once they got the payment they will just ignore you . Poor customer service !!
Sold the car I made the appointment for before I got there, then tried to sell me a car with an expired MOT, even suggested I took it for a drive, knowing the MOT had expired. Sags booked the appointment and knowing he wouldn't be there when I got there. Whole business is unprofessional. Wouldn't never recommend using them in any capacity.

I am sorry for the experience you had with us but someone made a deposit for the car before you arrived. This was the reason the car wasn’t available for you. This was explained to you by my colleague at the site
Bought a SUV from Carfolks, with a month old MOT on it. After the centre and rearexhaust fell off mid drive, inspection by my garage has condemned it as unsafe and dangerous to drive due to extreme corrosion of rear chassis. The MOT carried out for Carfolks looks to have been less than thorough... Despite contacting Carfolks 3 weeks ago about the issue, no response. It will be trading standards, section 75 and solicitors next as there is no response to phonecalls or emails. Be warned.
