Bought a Lexus via Carpoint. Many issues with it including only 1 screw holding the driver's seat to the floor. Tried to get a refund a few days later. Avoided all my calls emails and texts. Had to get my money back via claiming with my credit car protection. VERY DISHONEST. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

AVOID this Sales guy or business. They are not Honest told me the car I bought has been serviced and I had a lot of problems with it. Sold me the car without a Key to take wheels out, Car takes to long to start in the mornings, have contacted them but they do not reply to emails.

Brought a car from them thinking it all was good. When I got my car delivered I never got the v5. They told me to pay for it and they would give my money back. Never happened I also asked to have the tracking done and the air con refilled never got done. After having the car for 3 months had to have a new battery and when I came to changing it the battery in it was the wrong size and they put books under it to lifted it up so they could strap it done. After a few more months I got it in a garage to be checked over as I wasn't happy and I was told that the car shouldn't of passed the way it was. I rang them god knows how many time and emailed them and they didn't answer or reply to my email. Dodge people who put people life's at resk

Please learn by my mistake and do not on any account give any of your hard earned money to these crooks. I purchased a Mondeo Estate from them at the very end of November 2019. Less than two weeks later I had to be recovered from the A1, injector failure. I called them to say I wanted them to sort it or refund me and they were beyond rude, telling me to "go away" and putting the phone down on me even though I was polite in my requests. They stopped answering the phone and ignored my letters. Turned out there was a lot more wrong with the car and it was scrapped. £2500 for two weeks driving... Go anywhere else to buy your next car but NOT here!

Very polite at the start,but soon realized that the truth is they lie through their teeth. I bought a vauxhaul astra diesel from them. Only had full use of the car for 2 weeks they have had it returned to them for repairs they don't do. They just lie about it and hope you don't question it

Returned car due to fault, waiting for a refund and they will not answer my calls or emails. Would never ever purchase from Carpoint of Peterborough again. do not buy from these people.

I have to say these guys are very good when it comes to selling cars. The friendly approach from the offset and to customer service in the end. I would recommend buying your next car from here

Got a car from Carpoint of Peterborough in September the car had a fresh MOT. After the first week of using the car it was apparently had an exhaust gas leak into the car which made my children and wife very ill. had inspected by private mechanic and a turbo housing bolts snapped off upon further inspection the car should not be on the road brake pads for a non-existent rear calipers the seized and mechanic would not let us take the car because he knew of mum and child was going to be in it so we had no choice but to get it fixed cost £800 spoke to carpoint Peterborough we will contribute to the cost just send us the receipts I sent receipts and not heard anything from them they will not answer calls or emails only option is to go up to them but that would be a good idea. These people couldn't give a s*** that a young mum and children were going to be in the car and it was dangerous
