my daughter bought a car had a couple of issues one with a headlamp and another with air con. try to say they change the headlamp but my father work at a garage and they never change it' secondly had a air con leak which was checked out before contacting car of conwy and found out the air con pipe was faulty and told the garage the repair was never done as they only filed it up with gas and now empty do not trust the after sales would go and say it a con

I recently made a purchase from Cars of Conwy and cannot recommend them enough. We had some issues after picking up our vehicle but the team were happy to take care of everything for us. I’m not one to leave reviews but would like to reccommend cars of Conwy to anyone looking for a car. Great cars. Two salesmen took their time to talk through different cars & finance options with me on a few sepereate visits as I looked for a car. They answered all of my questions honestly and didn’t make me feel silly when I couldn’t take the key out on my test drive 😂 (some definitely would!!). Thank you for being so patient and understanding of any issues!

Brought a car this weekend from Cars of Conwy. Made to feel at ease straight away, guys are incredibly helpful, professional and put no pressure what do ever on you. Extremely helpful and answer any questions you might have. Great service from start to finish and would recommend very highly. So pleased with my new motor and car was immaculate when I picked it up. Part x my old car with no hassle what so ever and even got a decent part x price for it as well. Quality used cars all over the forecourt get yourself down of your on lookout for a new car you won’t be disappointed.

If you want to buy a car from a genuine garage, try this place. The chap we dealt with was honest, transparent and the service quick and effortless. We bought a great car for a good price and got a reasonable price on our part exchange. Timescales were quick and the whole experience was 10/10.
Went to view a car yesterday, ended up purchasing it, everything was done with ease and jim 👍 helpful guy, explained everything i questionned. The vechile was immaculate and as described, would defo recommend cars of conwy to purchase your next motor!
