Can’t thank Chris and the team enough for sourcing my dream car for me, excellent communication throughout the entire process and was able to turn everything around in a matter of days. Highly recommend! 6 stars if I could!
We gave £200 deposit for a car in auction and was told that we would get the £200 back if we didn't like the car. But the owner decided to change his words and didn't give back our £200 because we didn't like the car. The car was in good condition but we were first told that it would be £8000 then when he brought the car he increased the price to £8900 which was way out of our budget. That's why we couldn't purchase the car. Horrible service and breach of contract. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Unfortunately this was not Quite the case as the customer asked us to source the car in question and was given an approximate figure it would be and they were happy to leave a non returnable £200 deposit on the contract providing they were happy with the car, bearing in mind it was to order and we did not know exactly the costings as we hadn't bought it yet, Although we explained clearly it would be up to around £8500 with delivery ect, we were actually doing them more of a favour as their friend had bought from us and was happy & recommended us , upon us receiving the car they decided they wanted a cambelt supplied and fitted at the main dealership although not needed and an extended warranty which took the value way above £8900.. However we agreed to do this all for £8900 anyway which would of been the total cost to us without making a penny profit on it at all just out of good will, or for them to have it without the cambelt changed & a standard warranty for £8000, They refused this for some reason and we ended up having to keep the car they ordered, Very bizarre especially as they loved the car and we gave them all options, A language barrier proved a problem but they seemed clear enough at the time when they ordered it, Sadly we are unable to source cars for people at a financial loss...
Bought an evoque and it had a couple of issues. The car was back with Ben and the team for 2 weeks and they kindly provided a courtesy car. All the issues resolved. Fantastic service and a great bunch of guys. Thanks for your support. Highly recommended.

From start to finish I received amazing service from Nichola, Ben and the rest of the team. They responded quickly to every query and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone!
Couldn't recommend these guys more. Bought a Second hand but as new RR sport pre xmas and not only is the car exactly what it says on the tin; the follow up service from the team is magnificent (my wife had numerous questions from the team). Some people are wary of car dealers; Dont be with these guys

This is such a great company. I contacted Chris and he sourced this BMW 1 Series for me and within a matter of a week I was collecting my impeccable, faultless new car. Ben went through the paper work and finances with me and was nothing but professional and friendly. Will definitely be coming back for my next car. 100% RECOMMEND!!

I came back to cars to go for the 3rd time to purchase my new Range Rover Evoque, after having 2 cars off these guys in the past I knew I could rely on them to sort my next car, and they did not disappoint, the service was fabulous from start to finish, these guys really do go that extra mile, I felt comfortable when buying and was very happy with the deal they gave me,, would highly recommend them to my friends and family! I’ve had two cars from Cars To Go and both times they have sorted out everything eg part ex and finance deals no trouble. Very friendly and helpful nothing was too much to complete the deal! Will be buying my next car from them for sure!!

PX Agreed by phone, left a £200 holding deposit....followed by a 4 hour round trip to view a £29000 land rover. Deal Done at dealership, SHOOK HANDS to confirm the deal and left a further £300 deposit, expecting to pick up the car 4 days later....I still have the receipt! 2 days later after rearranging insurance and buying accessories (mats etc), had a phone call to say they're pulling out of the deal.. I guess they had a better offer. Do not trust this dealer. You have been warned!

Sadly this particular customer miss described his part exchange so we were unable to proceed with the deal, obviously when describing a car on the phone without seeing it there needs to be a high level of honesty so we are able to value correctly, im sure he was disappointed in not being able to purchase our car but he left us no choice after we held it for him on his appraisal, we have been in Buisness 25 years on our premises and have an excellent reputation.
