Worst car we ever bought! Bought a Jeep Patriot from Cars4U Ltd and paid alot of money, all looked lovely in the showroom and seemed to drive well on test drive. All nice and smiley staff until they have your money and you drive away! Recently went to part ex the vehicle but dealer said it was pretty worthless and engine management light had been obscured with tape so it wasn't visible! Car was provided with a full MOT by their garage in this condition and after contacting they were rather lacking in willingness to sort and deny any problem. Car had been back to them previously but after too much hassle and complete lack of trust i was forced to get repairs done by another garage who advised me to get rid of it as it had been very poorly cared for in the past and found several safety issues which i had to have corrected out of my own pocket so the engine management light was the last straw. They are totally unwilling to accept any responsibility so please learn from our costly mistake and AVOID THESE PEOPLE! I was previously warned about them but shiny car syndrome drew me in and i have regretted it ever since! AVOID!!

Do not use Cars 4U Ltd. I traded a van in for a car with this company and later found out a mate of his did the mot and left a whole list of things off it - some quite serious. The car was sold to me with three bold tyres as well and a radio that doesn’t work which I did not notice at the time. I’ve tried to return the vehicle within the 30 return policy and they are refusing to take it back. They then did say that they would pay for the tyres and tracking to be done and a legitimate mot at a garage of my choosing. Having had the work done at the garage the then refused to reimburse me. They also gave me an invoice £400 short of what I paid for the vehicle and also refuse to correct that saying that was the price that we negotiated - some 22% discount in my favour. As if. I have checked companies house and it would appear they have no money in the bank to fulfil the warranties they offer hence my predicament. I would seriously avoid this company!

We bought a 2nd hand car for our Granddaughter from Cars4u Ltd. The car itself is in pristine condition and an excellent buy .The service we received was second to none ,The professionalism and knowledge off all the staff was outstanding .The package we were given and free delivery were an added bonus.We have bought numerous cars in the past from different car show rooms and the whole experience of buying from here far surpasses any we have dealt with previously ,from the Management to the delivery driver everyone was very friendly and helpful.We highly recommend them.

I bought a second hand van from Cars4u and was very pleased with the van, the price and the trade in value of my old car. Unfortunately after a month the clutch had a complete sudden failure that could not be seen coming. The guys at Cars4u were on it as soon as I called and it was fixed in good time.

Was sold a car that has multiple problems from the start! I don't live near them so having to go back and get it fixed was costing me money. Eventually demanded a refund and after arguing profusely, I managed to get it. Cost me money in insurance and car tax and travelling so I am out of pocket. Would not trust Cars4U at all.

I would 100% recommend cars4u, from the moment I arrived (without an appointment) Tom was happy to help and get the car out of the show room for us so we could have a proper look at it, we also wanted to test drive the car and this was no trouble as they dropped what they were doing and took us out to test it straight away. They couldn't do enough for us and we are more than happy with our new family car :)
