I was happy with the sale at Carshop Northampton and the car I purchased hasn't had any faults to date. I did have an issue regarding extra charges at the end of the sale in which I wasn't consulted with fully but other than that everything else was fine.

This was probably the nicest car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone involved was pleasant, helpful and switched on. When I called them regarding a minor fault they were very cooperative, got it booked in to be fixed close to home and it hasn't cost me a penny. I highly recommend them.

Whilst I was buying the car everything went well, it's once the car has had faults that they really let me down. It was well over 2 weeks before they could even look at the car and when they did they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it, it's been weeks of hassle and still not everything has been sorted.

The staff at Carshop Northampton were nice and friendly, the car itself is the best car I've ever had and I'm very happy with the dealership and how the sale went. They were a little slow getting the paperwork sorted as I was getting my finance through a 3rd party but that would be my only complaint. I'd happily recommend them.

I haven't had any problem with the car and on the day I was in and out in no time. Leading up to the sale the communication was poor, very disorganised, I would call to arrange a time to pick the car up then receive a call a day later asking me what time I was picking it up etc... I would use them again if they had the right vehicle but not necessarily for the quality of service.

no issues at all with Car Shop, there was a very quick turn with everything at the dealership and I would definitely recommend the extras schemes you can get on top of the car as they are very reasonably priced and really good
