I had some trouble at the start with it breaking down, but since having it back, no issues at all. Everyone was great throughout, and I was given a courtesy car while it was being sorted. The trouble at the start wasn’t anyone's fault, these things can happen. The girls behind the desk were fantastic, really helpful in getting the repairs sorted, and easy to deal with. When the car was delivered, they didn’t pay the crossing, so I got a fine, but aside from that, I’m made up with both the car and the service.

The Nissan Qashqai is our family car but mainly driven by my wife and so far she's very happy with it, it's been good. This was my first time visiting Cartime Bury but they made it a very good experience, no hard sell, which was great. Aidan was excellent and went along with everything at my pace. He gave me a call to follow up at the end of the week but wasn’t ringing me every day, which I appreciated. In the end, it was an easy process.

I've had my Tesla Model 3 and I'm getting on fine with it. I've not had any issues up to now.

The Nissan Micra isn't actually my car, it's for my wife and my daughter, but I haven't had any complaints, so I'm happy. Callum was the salesman who looked after us, and he was very good to deal with. I felt he had a kind nature, and everything he promised, he delivered. Happy to give top marks.

Living in Warwickshire I hadn’t initially planned on buying a car from Bury, but when I saw the VW Tiguan advertised at Cartime I decided it was worth the trip up north. There are a few minor issues I’m still working to resolve, but Callum has been as helpful as possible throughout the process. I do wish he had a direct line as it'd save me the hassle of calling around to reach him, but aside from that small frustration the service has been good overall.

I have to say I absolutely LOVE my Audi Q2! It’s a huge upgrade from my previous car as the Hyundai Tucson was just a bit too big for me. A client of mine recommended Cartime and I’m so grateful she did. Their service was outstanding and I’ve already passed on the recommendation to everyone we know. I honestly can’t fault them one bit all the staff were dead helpful! We arrived at 11:00 AM and drove away in my new car by 2:30 PM the same day.
