My BMW X1 has been bang on, I honestly can't fault the car. This is my first time having a petrol/ hybrid car, but it's great to drive. Unfortunately, I work away Monday to Friday, so I only get to drive it on weekends, but it gives me something to look forward to.

I bought this car for my wife around 6 weeks ago. Despite not doing too many miles in it, it has been a great runner so far. Jason helped us whilst we were there (If I recall correctly) and he was brilliant, So pleasant to deal with and placed no pressure on me during the sale.

Molly was really prompt while we were making the purchase of my husband's car, and everything got sorted quickly. He's really enjoying the car since getting it.

Overall I had a great experience at the Bury branch. Michael was the salesman that looked after me, and I found him to be more than helpful. I was able to get a test drive quickly and when it came to making a decision, I felt it was my choice. At the handover, it was nice to see the car was well presented and there weren't any delays.

I was upgrading my Hyundai to a newer model, so when I arrived at Cartime I knew exactly what I was looking for. Michael was brilliant, he came straight over and offered his help. Throughout he listened to my needs and was attentive with me. I would feel comfortable to recommend this dealership based on my experience with them

My parents have used Cartime in the past and have spoke very highly of them so when the time came for me to buy a new car, they recommended I checked out Cartime. The process was a positive one and I'm really happy with my Ford Focus ST. Would definitely use them again in the future, and recommend to others.

From the start all the staff have been great to deal with, originally I dealt with Yassar but due to him being off work, I was able to deal with lots of other staff members and their customer service was across the board a great standard. The VW Tiguan I bought from them is running well. I do have a small electrical issue with the car, but as soon as I brought it to there attention they got this booked in to be fixed with no questions asked. When my partner is due her upgrade we will be heading straight there.

I initially bought a VW from these guys at Cartime, but unfortunately soon after purchase I came across some issues with the car. I got in touch with them and they were amazing, they had the car for a little while and just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, so at this point I decided this wasn't the car for me, they were more than accommodating and let me have a wander around to see if there was anything else that took my eye, honestly the guy who was looking after me was fantastic. I ended up buying a Jaguar I Pace and I've been loving it, its stressful getting used to being electric but I'm thankful to Cartime for not trying to hide from the issues, and were honest and straight with me. Due to this I would 100% return in the future, my wife's car is up in a couple of years and I intend to make Cartime our first stop.

The Polestar 2 is my first electric vehicle and so far I'm really enjoying it. The driving experience is slightly different, but definitely a positive one.

My son was helping me with my search for a new car and arranged for us to see a VW Golf at Cartime in Bury. One minor irritation is the fact the car was delivered without a floor mat on the drivers side, and I'm still waiting for a replacement. I need to chase that up! The service on the day was great though, and I'd shop there again.
