This was my 1st time using Carime and it was overall a great experience, Moncef was lovely and answered all my questions. A little feedback would be that the process needs to slow down a little, it felt quite rushed. But I am really happy with the car and it running well.

Service was good and appreciated

I’ve already clocked up a fair few miles in my new Mercedes GLA and honestly, it’s been great with no issues at all. I’d go as far as to say I’m getting on with it perfectly. We spotted the car online, gave the dealership a quick call to check it was still there, then popped over for a look. One test drive and we were sold – it was exactly what we were after and we fell in love with it. Ged the salesman was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to answer all our questions properly and did a thorough job, Big thanks to him.

My daughter actually came across the DS7 on Cartime’s website and it looked perfect, so we decided to enquire. It was listed as being at the Bury branch but turned out to be in Rochdale, which worked out even better as it’s a bit closer to us anyway. Moncef was a really friendly guy who gave us loads of info and explained all the finance stuff really clearly. He made the whole thing feel easy and we’re really happy with the car. Five stars from us!

I am highly appreciate of Paul who helped me a lot with the finance on my new car. Considering I have never had finance before, he made it easy enough for me. It was a comfortable place to be and I had no pressure put on me.

My first car is perfect and overall I am very happy! I remember a lad called Ollie who saw to me at Cartime and he was such a nice guy and really helpful. I would definitely visit again for my 2nd car.

Off the top of my head, there isn't anything that I can think of that would have made the experience 5 stars. The car up to now is running pretty good and I don't have any complaints. I think the air-con needs re-gassing but otherwise, it's perfect. Asam was really friendly, and I felt all my questions were answered.

We previously went to another dealership down the road, but when we test drove the car, the route wasn’t long enough to get a feel for it, and it felt quite pushy. However, when we got to CarTime, it was the opposite. There was no pushiness, and the test route was more than great; we really had time to get a feel for the car. Very happy with the car and CarTime. Highly recommend. Cannot fault.

Very helpful and informative, staff are not pushy when it comes to sales which can be off putting. I had to complete the sale remotely which was done so smoothly and they arranged fast delivery of my car which arrived in excellent condition
