I'd like to say thanks to Mr Purcell for being so helpful. We bought a Citroen C3 from him last month and he was very efficient. He let us look and make our decision without mithering but remained on hand to answer our questions.

I went to Cartime Rochdale on Thursday with an extremely difficult financial case after writing my car off and having no employment history due to studies and change of address. I was greeted with no hard sell and a coffee. Jed, who was very welcoming, he sat down with me, went through everything in detail, and recommended a car. I was reluctant until I knew I could get finance, as I’d been rejected on six occasions by competitors/lenders. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. He called me every day to keep me up to date, and we proceeded with a car. He stayed behind just so I could pick it up after work. He got as much joy as me when I drove off in my Vauxhall Crossland on Tuesday. I think it made him as happy as me to get me back on the road! Thank you, Jed. See you in 4 years for an upgrade.

I've only had my MG3 for a couple of week so I'm still getting used to it really. My previous 207 was on it's last legs and I needed to find a replacement ASAP - My daughter's exceptionally good at Rugby so we're travelling over 60 miles for training etc practically every other day, so we really needed a reliable car. Paul at Cartime Rochdale was lovely and made everything dead easy. I've only docked a point as I think things could've perhaps been explained a bit better throughout, but that might just be me not asking enough questions.

I have been wanting a Ford Focus since October; they are a great size for me and have really good fuel economy. I was looking on Autotrader and came across one at Cartime, and when I saw it in person, I was really pleased to see it was exactly as advertised. What really stood out was the customer service. I came down from Scotland, and Asam picked me up, got me a coffee, and made sure I was warm, as it was FREEZING when I went down. The whole experience was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We recently bought a Hyundai from the Rochdale branch of Cartime, and we had no issues with anything Ged did for us. So far, the Hyundai has been great, and nothing has fallen off it yet! Definitely a positive experience all around.
