I have just purchased an immaculate 10 plate Corsa from Carl at CG Cars. He was very helpful throughout the buying process as this is my first car I was apprehensive on what to expect but he was very responsive and reassuring. I’m very happy with my decision to shop with CG cars!

Normally on 2 wheels, I needed a car for the coming winter months. After a few trips round larger dealers in Mansfield with no luck we stumbled across Gary with our internet search. Being picky as we needed a small car with enough room to still fit a motorbike past on the drive we had 5 cars that we knew were technically small enough in width. Gary had all of them in his yard so one lunchtime we visited and he gave good sound advice about each car and we narrowed it down to 2. Saturday morning he brought the 1st car to us and parked it on the drive so we could test the bike would still fit past, which it did. A lovely little Hyundai i10, good milage and condition. Took it for a test drive and there was no need for checking out the other, though Gary didnt mind bringing it if we wanted it. I doubt we would find anyone else that would come out park on our drive while we got a bike out to try a car for size. I've had the car a couple of months now and its been great, so time to write a review. I can't recommend Gary enough for his honesty and helpfulness, he taxed it online and even put a bit of fuel in for the day I picked it up!

My younger brother wanted a car for his birthday and my mum being super protective wanted to make sure if it was a second hand car it was going to be safe and reliable. They asked Carl to find them a suitable car at a good price. He now loves his little Yaris. Really friendly and professional service. Very trustworthy, would highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought my first car off the lovely owner and his son. This was over 3 years ago and shes still working incredibly well. Passed her mot with no notes and shes 15 years old! My partner and I got the train to the local train station and his son was lovely enough to pick us up from the station. I'm actually looking to get upgrade my car and keeping a keen eye on what cars they've got in! Would definitely recommend. The car was absolutely spotless as well. It was cleaned in every nook and cranny, I could not find a spec of dirt.

Over the years I have bought several cars from c.g. cars the first two for my daughter's who both have had them over 3 yrs with no problems at all only money spent usual stuff tyres brakes etc however before covid I hit bought a lovely car from them and the car sat a long time so was hardly used the warranty ran out by several weeks and when I came to drive the car again the clutch started slipping I phoned Mr Gregory and let him know the circumstances and he understood the car wasn't driven much he immediately replaced the clutch at his expense which I thought was far more than he needed to do or by law had to do because warranty period was expired I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from the Gregory and cannot believe the review left by the person who had damaged headlamps with chemicals (THERE FAULT) KEEP UP THE GOOD SEVICE Carl u can't plearse everyone in life hence the expression always one GREAT DEALER

My wife has just took delivery of her 4th car from CG cars, the service provided is second to none, I can recall only 1 or 2 minor issues over the years and these were resolved instantly. Quality cars with quality service.

Very friendly people know what they are doing nothing to much trouble I have had a great deal and would recommend them to anybody especially if you are looking for a small smart car for son and daughter first car and they make a good cup of tea
