What a fantastic experience I had buying a car from Chequers Motor Company. Brilliantly polite and professional from my initial call, the car was ready at the time I asked and Jonathan was just a delight to deal with - an absolute breath of fresh air for anyone looking to buy a good spec used car. I will be back, and even if Chequers don't have what I want I might just ask Jonathan to go find it for me - happy happy customer.

I have had nothing but trouble with Chequers Motor Company. I bought an Audi from them and and I have had endless problems with it. An Audi Specialist garage have confirmed that there is almost £7000 pounds worth of repairs that need to be done on it. The dealership have done next to nothing about this, just more tests. I have been without a car for 3 weeks. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

The car did develop a problem of an overheated spark plug which was identified by Audi and they authorised a replacement engine as they said it should not have happened within 73,000 miles or 7 years of age at the cost of £6500. There was a shortfall of £610 which Chequers Motor Company agreed to pay. The customer did not want the repair done as she wanted to reject the car. We agreed a full refund with Zuto after 4 months of ownership however the repair needed authorising by the customer as the repair could only ever be completed by the registered owner. The customer still refused to authorise the repair and returned the car to the finance broker Zuto and had a full refund from them after 4 months ownership. We assisted as much as we could however the customer did not want a repair as we are allowed to do within 6 months of purchase under the consumer rights act 2015. We strive to provide a impeccable service 100% of the time and in this case would could not please the customer.
Really nice guy at Chequers Motor Company. I got my BMW from there last year and up to now I have had no serious issues. Only small teething problems which the dealer has resolved very quickly and easily.
