Recently purchased a bmw one series.. the staff went out of their way to make sure the car was perfect for how I wanted it. Kept me up to date on when the vehicle would be ready for collection, had the car a month now and the car drives like new! Highly recommended!!! Thank you Cherrywood.

I’ve made an appointment with them to come and buy a car , they didn’t ask me for any deposit, i had to drive 4 hours to get to their location and when i got there they told me they sold the car in that morning...... When i’ve ask them about the situation created the staff has been rude with me asking me “ what do i want now”. In conclusion i’ve wasted a whole day on the road just to meet someone who doesn’t know to do business properly, i hope you will be convinced they are a company who cannot be trusted.

Dear Costel, As we have explained to you, on all your other negative reviews that you have left us, and as we have explained to all of your friends, who you have also asked to leave negative reviews, when you called us on the Friday morning to enquire about the car you were interested in, at the point, the car was still up for sale, as that is was at that point. You travelled to see the car the following Saturday, and unfortunately, another person came in, and purchased the car. We do not hold cars for people, as sometimes, people call to enquire about cars we have for sale, say they will come and see it, and then we never hear from them again, which is fine, but, I am sure you can understand, we would go out of business if we held cars for everyone who called to enquire about cars we have for sale. We are sorry you missed out on the car, and we have stated that we would be happy to try and source a similar vehicle for you. Regards Cherrywood Cars.
