Choices Autos is a bad dealership, I don't buy here. There has been deceptive conduct that a piece of black tape has been placed over the engine management warning light on the dashboard. This was under the glass and thus was not accidental.

There Sir We had replaced a lot of parts on the car wich was advisories and replaced with new parts.the was in a good Road worthy condition.week after purchase when mentioned about the tape on engine light we were surprised and we took the car back and give you full refund.its very unfair from you when all we did was to be fair with you.take care Thanks

Dear customer You jumped in conclusions with out any prove.we spend a lot of time and money to make sure the car is road worthy.we hadn’t noticed the tape that you mentioned unfortunately possibly that was done Before.but,we can guarantee the car war was road worthy 💯.we do apologize for any inconvenience anyway and good luck 👍
I’m Very slow at making decisions and they made us feel very welcomed and were patient with us. Fantastic customer service; whilst we were testing cars they even fixed my mums key battery for free! very happy to buy from them. Would happily recommend Choice Autos to anyone!
Couldn't have asked for better service from Choice Autos . I Had an engine management light come on after I collected it but Syed and his brother was very efficient and insisted I get it booked in to have it resolved, Even returned my call on a Sunday and once the car was ready I collected it and gave back the car he let me use while mine was being fixed 5 star service and would certainly buy from him again! I would Highly recommend choice auto to anyone .

Second time I have gone to Choice Autos. They are very helpful and not pushy. They were able to help me out with a car I bought as a first car for my son which he didn't want. Agreed to take it back and gave me a great deal on a part exchange. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back for my next car.

I bought my Astra from Choice Autos several weeks ago and am very happy with my car. Sid and his brother were very helpful and provided a wonderful service during the time I spent in selecting my car. True to his word, Sid provided a free service for my exhaust and cheaper parts too. I look forward to continued great service from Choice Autos and can highly recommend them.

Choice Autos are a good quality seller I bought a car for myself it is a great for low price.
I bought a car and have never had so many complications... only had the car 2 months and my car has multiple problems. I was promised my car would be back with me within 5 days of repair... I am now waiting on my 8th day to have my vehicle back... I have been given an courtesy car from them and sadly the car is unsafe and no idea whether it should even be road legal... very poor, if my car is not back on Tuesday I will hand the car back, and get my entitled refund... I'm very unhappy

I bought a vehicle from this dealer, I found them dishonest and ignoring the law. The car had not been services although they claimed it was. Took it to an independent garage, was told that repairs would cost approximately £1000
Very friendly and honest chaps,bought my daughter a golf and ever since had no issues and they Serviced the car as they promised free of charge. Do recommend Choice Autos Ltd. Brian.
Bought a car in October - claimed it had been serviced; it had not. New battery in March £80 New Alternator in May £340 Slow puncture since day one Minor irritations all over Dealer not really interested once they have your money

Sorry you have had a few problems with the car you purchased last year. The problem is it's a used car and nothing is guaranteed, cars break down. The battery and alternator lasted you for several months after purchase and it wouldn't be something we can guarantee for a specific time. We can't say one week to the next when something will need repairing. Also £340 to change the alternator sounds like a lot. We can't Give a warranty on a car forever but If you have any problems in the future you are welcome to bring the car for us and we will be happy to check it and might be able to save you some money.
