No problems dealing with the Chrome Motors team, nice and helpful at all times. I got my Insignia there last month and all is good with it, I'm happy with it and its doing exactly what it should. I'm happy to rate 5/5.

Sales side of things were ace really informative and helpful. Friendly and welcoming and always on hand. I've had a small issue with the Jag but Danny has been forthcoming in helping to get things sorted, I can't fault him. I will happily buy from here again and recommend to everyone else looking for a reliable and reputable dealership.

Very pleased with my Mitsubishi Outlander and the dealership too. I don't deal with car dealers very often, I buy a new car as and when needed, I probably treat myself every 5-10 years to a new car. I have to say Danny handled the sale very professional, he was pleasant to deal with and I would happily recommend on o friends and family.

There was no messing about when it came to buying my new Volvo, Danny was quick of the mark to get things sorted and well underway with no bother. The customer service process was real good, very smooth and quick. Danny knew I was committed to the car, given that it was as described and as it should be, which is was, absolutely spot on. I was happy with the deal we agreed on and came away with the car the very same day, I have been very happy with it ever since. The V5 and warranty documents came through swiftly without prompt, there was literally nothing left for me to do bar get in the car and enjoy driving it!

The best thing about dealing with Chrome Motors was it wasn't like dealing with a typical salesperson, from the moment I walked into Chrome it was relaxed, chilled and everybody I met seemed happy to be there. Danny especially was really friendly and nice to deal with. There was a clear non-pressure approach with how they deal with their customers. I explained I needed a bigger car after having a baby and Danny showed me the Mercedes GLA, which was literally perfect! I tried the boot space for the pram and everything else that comes along with leaving the house with a baby and everything fit with ease! The car is really spacious and comfortable for us all, including the baby. This is the first automatic car I've owned, but it didnt take long at all to get used to, I love what I call, 'lazy driving', and I don't think I'd go back to a manual after driving this now. I really enjoy driving the Mercedes, its such a nice car and I'm glad I went with this. I can't thank Danny and his team at Chrome Motors enough for their constant help, support and advice. What a fantastic dealership to buy a car from!

The wife loves it! After enquiring about a Vauxhall Insignia from a lot of other dealerships, they were rubbish, and I was happy to walk away without the cars. I thought I was never going to find the right car for us, until I came across the perfect one at Chrome Motors. As soon as we came across Chrome Motors.... the wife fell in love with the Insignia instantly. The advert read very well and we was pleasantly surprised to see it was as advertised in person. The team were amazing and let us go on a test drive, without any time restriction to get a real good feel for the car and after that it was curtains!! We got it and the car has been a dream ever since. I would give 10/10 if I could.

From petrol to electric, we finally made the switch. After me and my partner were in the market for a new car, we both decided that we would look for an electric car. So once we saw the Nissan Leaf at Chrome Motors we were quick to head down to the dealership and take a look at the car. After Danny explained a little bit more about the benefits of changing to electric, we were offered a test drive, the car got some taking use to but eventually I got the hang of it. After that, we were happy to go ahead with the car and once the paper work was filled in, we arranged a day for the car to be dropped off. This drop off service really saved us a lot of trouble instead as we wouldn't have been able to get back down to the dealership. I was very impressed with the car and the customer service.

I'm from Manchester but this was the first time I've visited this dealership. It has been an amazing experience from the very start and I can't believe I didn't come here sooner. I was after a new car but it wanted the same model as my old car, which was a Jaguar XF so the transition was very smooth and the only thing that was hard to get used to was the new toys that came with it. The girls love the touch screen radio, which keeps them entertained so that makes for an easy car trip for me.
