Wow is just an understatement. I have come back again and again over the past 6 years as i love to change my car yearly. Just like my phone use for a year get bored sell it on and buy another. 2011 i brought a vw golf and that was so efficent so clean immaculate very surprised it being a second hand car. 2012 i brought a Renault clio yea i know again a small car but yeap again couldnt be happier. 2013 i brought a bmw yea a big jump but hay i got a good job in 2013 and my dad helpped a great deal to get me this car as a birthday gift. I had no issues all clean. On this day i must admit i done the staff at city cars head in. Couldnt stop talking out of excitement really wanted everything to be perfect. And guess what it was. On the day of purchase the car was missing a parcel shelf and there was a slight sound in the engine which i was very greatfult that the manager said he will sort it. And guess what..... he did

I dont know where to begin i brought my wife dream car from city cars enfield. It was a great surprise for her. Shes been driving it for over a year now with no problem. Very clean, beautiful, family car. Very impressive and very informative friendly staff. Thank you

City Cars Enfield were absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful, was weary of other reviews but i had a great experience. Brought a nissan juke. Had a test drive first then liked the car so much.

I have been looking for a good car which is affordable, came across city cars website which had affordable cars so decided to pay a visit to the show room. Found the car I wanted very affordable, very clean, all documentation for the car provided. Also all functions of the car were explained to me very well. Had a very good experience, very friendly and understanding about what i wanted in my car. Would recommend going to them as the staff are very helpful and the cars are affordable.

Me and my sister bought a car from this garage, it has been the worst experience we have ever had. The car sold to us was leaking oil from week 2, the coolant was also leaking. On telling him to repair this under warranty that we got from him for 2 years he completely avoided us. We called and visited the site many times, but he kept either avoiding us or was in meetings. We finally have filed a court case against him the hearing of which is still continuing. A very dishonest man, a very shoddy garage, avoid if you value your money, we are stuck with a car that has so far cost us over £1k in repairs and god knows how much more to come. In response to the below, we will be doing a Independant assessors report, we will publish some of the findings here. The issue was reported first within the warranty period. In court Mr. Ahmed said "if if you win this case i will just pay £5 a month" Our Claim number is A4QZ953C. Stay away from these dodgy guys. We will keep posting here, i believe everyone should know about this dealer, if you value your money sanity and energy spend it elsewhere. We won the case!!! The court has issued a CCJ against Mr. Mohammed, we still have to chase for our money. The court awarded us £1800, to which Mr. Mohammed stormed out of court saying we will never get a penny out of him, well at least justice was done. He sold us a dud car, neeeded several hundreds of pounds of repair work, than the gearbox went, the coolant started to leak, there was a oil leak, you cant imagine the stress level we went through, all he had to do was take the responsibility and do the repair. But I don't believe how low this guy is he has started to leave reviews on my employers website literally copying the last sentence of my review and putting it on our website as his review. It doesn't effect me, sure I am a director but not the owner, poor Mr. Batier is now also pulled in. UNBELIEVABLE!! at-least get some original words for yourself. We will be seeking legal advice against Mr. Mohammeds action trying to leave fake reviews and trying to damage a reputable business. There will be now a second summons sent to him. We have also bought the domian www.citycarsenfield.com all documents will be posted here. We will also create a facebook account, we welcome all customers facing issues with CityCars to start posting their comments there, I believe its our job us consumers to alert others how Mr. Mohhamed operates and to stop spending their hard earned money, we have already lost ours perhaps we can save others from all this trouble. Just to advice everyone we won the court case and got CCJ against Mr. Mohammed. We also got the debt secured under his name. He still refuses to pay our money back though. I would like to say to Sarah Hamoudi, who wrote a review below, she said that everyone writing a bad review is a liar, so is she saying that all the reviews of people here who have not met or spoken to each other have somehow managed to collectively conspire against Mr. Mohammed. How about the judge at the county court that passed the judgement against him? The judge found him on a number of occasions breaching the contractual agreements and not paying for agreed inspections of the sold car by third party experts. The fact is having a nice showroom (trust me its nothing great) and some cars that are reasonable looking isn't a badge of a trusted person. Those who are buying and reading these reviews, we as consumers ordinarily do not go court, write bad reviews unless are grievence is very high infact intolerable. Mr. Mohammed is one of those characters, he will take you to that extreme. London is a difficult place to live, spend your money wisely.

Travelled a long way to see this particular car. Arrived on site to find the car had several issues regarding the structure, which had cheaply been fixed. Along with this it was clear there was an issue since the car had 2 MOT's within the first 3 years, this shouldn't be the case as within the first three years cars don't have MOT'. It was obvious the second MOT was to cover up the damage written on the first MOT. the "owner/manager" extremely rude told myself and my family to f*** off and leave in the middle of asking questions about the car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
