Bought a second hand mercedes s500 from them on 3rd of august 2024.. Great service they eben kept the car for 3 weeks at no charge. While i got the insurance sorted out. Cause i am from south africa. Great cars good dealership very professional and helpfull

Collected my dream car from city motors last week after a car accident. They had everything ready once I arrived and make the whole process so so smooth. Everyone was so lovely with smiles and offering drinks. They were even very honest explaining to me about the wing mirror being faulty and they had a mirror sent out to me within days. Cannot fault them. Thank you to everyone who I came in contact with!!

I purchased a Volvo S80 which came in as part ex from GM City Motors and Qam was great from the offset. Took a deposit over the phone and collection was arranged the very next day.
After a few days, I noticed some noise on the clutch. Called up Qam and explained this to him.
No qualms at all… took it back to the dealership and Qam had a new clutch and flywheel installed at no additional cost.
It’s filled me with confidence knowing that there is a dealership out there that values all of its customers, no matter the vehicle price.
The car runs perfectly, a fantastic experience start to finish and I’m sure I’ll be back in a few years to get a new car from here.

I bought a Mercedes A Class a few weeks ago, and I had amazing customer service from start to finish. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and not pushy with sales which was refreshing. Unfortunately (bad timing) it had a minor issue after a week, but this was sorted quickly and the minor work was carried out, I was given a courtesy car in place and received my car back as good as new again. I can't fault the guys here, would definitely be back again.

Went to view a car and was greeted by an older gent in a suit saying ‘’what’s up’’ seems a professional way of greeting someone.
Cars were not clean either it’s a no from me

Hi Ryan,
We have a forecourt of 200 vehicles opposite an open field so the chances of keeping every car clean everyday is very difficult but i guess it would be doable by your standards ? i would really ask you to go back to the drawing board regarding this review or give us a call as we don't recall to have any dealings with someone going by the name of Ryan recently and the gentleman in the suit doesn't recall asking a Ryan whats up either. Not being bias towards my staff or anything but i wouldn't be taking disciplinary actions towards a member of staff if they were to ask a customer whats up as i'm sure there must of been more to conversation than that.

I’m really happy with my vehicle that I recently purchased, i had brought a Audi RS7 which was as detailed as it said in description and when I had come to see it, really happy with the service and staff, really helpful, deffo coming back for a upgrade !!

Bought a 2017 ford ranger, which looks awesome.
Test drove all went well.
First impressions walking into city motors was a warm welcome from the team.
Very clean and great stock.
Easy transaction no pushy sales tactics!
Half way home the ford ranger developed a fault with clutch. Rang City motors about my situation,who were very apologetic and sent there recovery. City motors diagnosed the fault and replaced the whole clutch system and delivered my vehicle back home which is approx 140miles one way all at there cost. The customer service I received was outstanding from the team and can't recommend City motors peterborough enough! I will certainly be recommending this company for future purchases. Thanks guys

It’s been a pleasure dealing with city cars from start to finish. Many thanks to Saf for keeping in contact from the day their dealership received the funds to the day the car was delivered to me. Saf made sure that I receive the car on the very day and time he promised. My new ride drives smoothly as described, I pray it stays that way. Many thanks to the delivery gentleman, he was polite and respectful. If this vehicle doesn’t fail me. Saf took time to explain to me about their additional products and I was given time to consider purchasing them without any sense of pressure selling.
