We purchased a car between Christmas 2019 and January 2020. It was valeted to perfection when collected. After a small issue with it 2 days later James and Tony arranged for the car to be collected at our house, fixed and delivered back to our door. They also sourced us a few other things that were needed. Car has been great since! Great customer service from Tony and James!
we bought our car last December and it has been absolutely top rate, especially for the reasonable price it came at. The customer service has been first class from the beginning and even during post-sale. We are very, very impressed with Coleraine Trade Sales (especially James & Tony) and are happy to recommend them to all our friends and family - my wife's parents bought a car from them the very next week on our recommendation, and are just as happy as we are. James even showed me how easy it is to drive an automatic transmission !! Outstanding service all round.
