First car which I purchased from Coleraine Trade Sales, the engine completely went within 6 weeks, the second went on fire within 5 months. Customer service disgusting.

In response to your review , The fault with your first vehicle was caused by the misuse of fuel which we over looked and replaced the vehicle for you as for the second car you never reported any faults to us either before or after the incident and we knew about it was because the authorities contacted us for your details as the vehicle was still registered to us.
Recently bought a BMW X1 from coleraine trade sales, service was outstanding big big thank you to James, nothing was too much for him, extremely helpful from start to finish, car didn’t leave till it had a full valet and a once over from their mechanics, would recommend to anyone looking a great priced car and great service!!

Recently bought a car from CTS, I found James very helpful and when the car had to go into the garage they gave me a loan car and brought my car back to save me the journey to Coleraine. Would highly recommend!

Bought a 2011 vauxhall insignia elite from Coleraine Trade Sales. Immaculate car inside and out and overall service and communication was brilliant. Would definitely buy another car from them.

Omg avoid Coleraine Trade Sales at all costs. Sold me a immaculate TT took it home with a supposed £15 fill of petrol. Got ten mile down the road light came on ??? Got home local dealer took one look and noted complete respray job.. Wind coming in passengers side. Returned car very next day and had to argue and threaten this bully boy with legal proceedings which I have since learned there has been several for a week before I got my money refunded. Paid cash he wanted to pay by cheque and £370 less. Stood my ground and held onto the tax book and spare key for the same length of time he gave me the runaround. AVOID.

People like you get car dealers a bad name I'm on my second car from these guys both have been 1st class.my 1st car broke 2weeks out of warranty and they still paid for the repair.as for james couldn't be more helpful.
I would have gave a zero if I could. I will never buy another car from this dealer. After paying £2,400 for an 06 Astra the engine packed up after 8 months. So now I'm left out of pocket and with no car. AVOID!!!

8 months left plenty of time for you to neglect the car or treat it badly which may have led to engine failure. You cannot expect a dealer to reimburse you after that length of time.
