Went to Coulsdon Audi on Monday to look at Q3 salesman good booked appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday what a difference not ready when we arrived no cars out to test drive. Information we were given was wrong. Get car out for you if you want. I just looked at him and said really. No reaction. Not a word from him when we left.

Really disappointed with customer service I have received from Audi Coulsdon. I've been left waiting for hour in waiting lobby for updates on my vehicle. After serviced my car wasn't clean and washed what I've been promised that will be done. Even was more dirty than I brought it to the workshop. On the end it has not been done what I asked for. Do not recommend to anybody. Will definitely not come again.

We were searching for a specific used A3 model and our initial enquiry and two visits were handled by Brogan at Couldson Audi with a friendly and professional manner, answering all our queries with impressive knowledge and completing all the necessary documentation with care whilst taking time to talk us though the process. After purchase Brogan contacted us to ensure there were no issues and quickly resolved a minor issue with plates. The vehicle was serviced and valeted as promised ready for collection and handover not at all rushed going over controls etc. All in all we can’t fault the service we received from Brogan and would recommend her to anyone.

I had a pre-arranged appointment to view a vehicle at Coulsdon Audi and was travelling 60 miles for this appointment. Coulsdon Audi knew I was en-route and still sold the car to someone who came in off the street with no arranged appointment! Then, after feeling bad for messing me about gave me a deal on a new vehicle and then 11 months later I discover that they had lied to me about an arrangement I had made with them regarding vehicle excise duty. The car was registered on the 29th April and I advised the Coulsdon Audi to tax the vehicle for 1 year and 1 day, which is possible so you don't lose a months tax. They assured me this was done. 11 months later I find out it was not when I get the renewal through from the DVLA. The salesman there are total liars and will say anything to get the sale. Do not trust them, stay well away from Coulsdon Audi they are totally useless, dishonourable and liars.

I wanted to have information on service history on a car that i am trying to purchase from Coulsdon Audi, had to hold for 5 minutes before I got through, to be told by some idiot with a childish sense of humour that because of data protection he cant tell me whats been done, THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DATA PROTECTION. Data protection is only to do with movement of online information.

Bought the Q3 new, within days of collecting it the gearbox went, took a further two months to resolve the problem. Had to leave the car for one of the techs to 'test drive' and came back filthy dirty and 20 odd miles added plus half a tank of fuel missing! Not the best dealer for after sales assistance. Also if you have any mobility issues don't use this place as the disabled bays are in constant use by cars for sale, which I found very inconsiderate and disrespectful especially as every time i have been there I have to mention it.

I recently visited the garage to look into the purchase of a Q7. I dealt with a northern gentleman by the name of Paul. Very informative, gave me all the information I needed to take away and think about my purchase. I would recommend this garage to my friends
