Fantastic customer service from Fred at Cranham Car Sales. I emailed in the evening and the next morning he promptly phoned me. He had accurate information all about the Ford C max diesel. Car was as described and valeted. A well priced car and excellent customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Many thanks.

Purchased a Ford Focus 2.0 petrol Titanium from Cranham Car Sales and dealing with them was a pleasure.
Got a very good price for my part exchange.
On test driving the car,i found the aircon not as cold as it should have been.Not a problem,it was taken to a local garage,and back within an hour...That is service

All the previous reviews say it all, Sadly this lady was expecting £1000 for her car which was only worth £395, She also explained that her limit was £4000, and she was looking at a £5000 car. It was when I said that there is no point driving the car if she cannot increase her Limit to £4600 plus her car that she seemed to change from polite to a person who believed that she should get what SHE wants. At NO point was i rude, and after 35 years selling cars was not about to start now, the previous 7 reviews say it all.

I've just purchased a car from them and their customer service is excellent, the car I went to view was in excellent condition but was advised to look at another car that might be more to my liking and he was not wrong. Full service history and looked a drove like new. Couldn't recommend them more highly. I'm guessing the problem was with you rather than the dealer.

Cranham Cars was very good overall, the Ford was clean and in good condition, also good value too. I had no issues what so ever either at the dealership or with the car. I would recommend!

I bought an Audi from Cranham Car sales in February, its had a couple of issues along the way but they got the issues sorted for me which is the main thing. The car was very clean when I went to pick it up. I did PX my previous car and they gave me an alright price for that!

Brillaint experience, No issues at all. The car was very nice and clean and in really good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The car was very nice and clean and in great condition and very good value for money. I would recommend.
