This was my first time purchasing a car from Crewe Volkswagen and while everything went really well, I would still rate it 4.5* as there is always room for improvement. That being said, Dominic (the salesman) was really good and I have no complaints about him at all. I haven't been on any long runs in my ID.3 but for the small trips, it's been okay.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything that would have made the experience 5 stars, but it all went fine. There was no hard sell from the salesman, and he was helpful in answering my questions about the 2 Series.

I had no hassles with the team at Crewe at all. The salesman knew I was coming down from Glasgow to collect the car, and on the day I arrived, it was all ready to go. The handover was really quick and easy. The car has been non stop since getting it, and it all seems to be okay for now. Top-notch service.

For the time I've owned my Volkswagen T-Roc, it's been going alright, and at the moment I've had no issues with it. Jacob was the salesman who looked after me an he was brilliant. A test drive was offered before making any decisions.
