Crompton way Motors (CWM) in my experience have been open, honest, and extremely customer focused. Jake was friendly, constructive, and never once pushy. Jake also went the extra mile and personally drove the van up to Scotland to deliver making the deal viable for me. The description of the vehicle was realistic and fair, Jake also mention if there was anything that cropped up that I was not happy with, then to contact them and they would do there best to put it right. Well I did find a couple of things nothing major and Jake put me in contact with Ash who listened to my bug bearers, and was willing to offer a compromise and fair resolution. I am super happy with my van and the service received from Jake and Ash instilled confidence in CWM a company I would not hesitate to recommend and return to in the future. Many thanks CWM.
