Craig is the man you need to visit when buying a car. Everything is so easy and simplified with the sale, it is a breeze. The Sportage I bought has been great, and is in cracking condition too. I have had a few little niggles, but Craig has h=been helping out massively, so I would definitely recommend him to others.

I am really loving the Fiesta, it is a nice little nippy car, and has been getting me from A to B just fine! They got a few issues sorted for me and didn't kick up a fuss, so I can't fault the team one bit!

I bought a car a couple of months from Crown Cars previous to buying this one, and due to the ease of how my first sale went, really dictated my decision in going back to Crown Cars. I really liked the ease and efficiency of buying the Golf, and the fact I was in and out of there within the day was just right up my alley. Both cars have been very unproblematic, so I cannot complain and will definitely be back again.

I'm going to be completely honest here, Craig was an absolute star! All of the staff there were really nice and made me feel so welcome, but Craig just went that extra mile for me. He wasn't pushy at all which was perfect, as it is my biggest pet peeve when the sale feels forced, he was so chilled and laid back, I thoroughly enjoyed it. If I had any problems or needed any questions answering, Craig said to get in touch and he would do his best to help, I felt as if I could ask him anything, and when I tok the Honda on a test drive, I felt as if I had a friend sat next to me rather than a salesman. On the day of the collection, I went inside the office and the lady in house was such a lovely woman, she was really talkative, really nice, and really made me feel welcome. At Crown Cars they really are a bunch of goodens, they are absolutely flawless in what they do, I couldn't have asked for better!

I found everyone to be really helpful to be honest, no matter who I dealt with, I received great standard of customer service from every department. Everything was really easy and straightforward, and the car is doing well. I would buy again.
