The young sales guy who I dealt with was a very nice young man. He was extremely helpful, presented the car beautifully and was just a very nice guy in general to deal with. I found that the sale went through really easily with no stress added. The car is absolutely wonderful to drive, it is a really nice machine.

We have no complaints regarding our Ibiza! It is doing very well and is a lovely looking car. Everyone at Crown was very helpful and their communication was great, they liaised with us throughout and kept us well in the loop, we never felt the need to chase them. Everything they did was spot on, I can't fault the team one bit!

I've had no trouble with the Audi A3 I bought from Crown Cars, it was sold to me exactly as it was described. Everybody is completely transparent and honest. They had great communication throughout, and looked after me very well. 5 stars!!

The BMW is such a lovely car, I am so so pleased with it, inside and out it is immaculate! It is driving so nicely, it hasn't skipped a beat since taking it away! Every team member was so friendly and approachable, there wasn't a question they couldn't answer! I can't say a bad word about the guys in Pontefract, they did everything they needed too and more, thank you all!

The Crown Cars team has been great! I love my Tiguan, I can't fault it one bit, it has been the perfect size for my family, and is driving grreat! The team were really lovely to buy from too, I didn't feel pressured or anything, the stress was completely taken off of my shoulders. Craig has been a star from start to finish when buying my Abarth, he was such a nice lad and got everything organised and prepared to a very high standard. I have been after one of these cars for a while now, so when I saw this pop up in the market, I was instantly intrigued! It was such a nice condition, had great mileage, and was perfect on the test drive, I couldn't fault the car! I am very happy with how things went, and I wouldn't think twice about using again!

I am highly impressed with how everything is going with Crown Cars and the Peugeot I bought. I have had a few issues with the car however, they have been so good in getting that sorted for me, and have done everything they can to get me on the straight and narrow. They have really helped me out, I cannot thank the guys enough for their hard work and would definitely recommend as you will be looked after for sure!

Definitely met my expectations when buying from the Pontefract team, everything was so simple and easy, I really can't complain! The Hyundai looked great when I went to view it and looked even better when I came to take it away. I viewed the car in my own time, and didn't feel rushed or pressured to make up my mind, I would definitely return again, and have already recommended to a few friends of mine about my great experience!
