My husband drove down from the North of Scotland to collect this X-Trail and I am so glad he did. It is absolutely wonderful and is working really well with pulling the trailer for the horses. It is great when off roading and has not give me grief so far. The transaction was very simple and quick. It was all organised over the phone so by the time I got there all I had to do was sign the dotted line and drive away with the car. I will definitely be recommending to others, they were superb!

I use my A5 as a daily car, and it is so reliable, it handles well and drives perfectly. Such a nice salesman, he was really really good, helpful and a really nice person in general. It was quick and simple to buy my C4 Picasso I was in and out in what felt like no time, they sorted all the documents out for me and made sure the car was clean inside and out, it was immaculate! I purchased a Ford Fiesta from these guys, and wow, I am impressed. The car is so enjoyable to drive, it moves and handles so well. My Peugeot is a little different to what I am used to, however it is a great run around and is getting me from A to B just fine. I travelled nearly 70 miles to get to these guys and it was 100% worth the drive. I've had no issues with the car whatsoever, it's been so reliable, so I can't fault Crown Cars one bit. My C4 was all ready waiting for me on the day of collection and it looked absolutely immaculate when I went to drive it away. The inside was so pristine and smelt amazing and the exterior was gleaming clean, they really go to town on their valet's and it shows!! I am loving my Citroen, it is a really nice, comfortable car to drive, and is perfectly suited to me. I would definitely use Crown Cars again, they were brilliant during the purchase, and even gave me a courtesy call a few weeks down the line to make sure that I was still loving the car!!
