Absolutely wonderful first impression of Crown Cars, they were such a great bunch of people and were really pleasant to deal from. The transaction was really simple and straight forward and was very much hassle free. It didn't take long at all to finalise and I was soon driving away in my new BMW 118D. I have already recommended Crown Cars to a few friends of mine as they were superb from the get go. I will definitely be back for sure!

Everybody at the site was perfect, they were so kind to me and really helped me out, they did everything for me and ensured I was happy with all aspects. My EOS has been a great motor for me, it did have a few issues to begin with, but thankfully Crown Cars were very honest with me and pointed out the issue, they even said they would get it fixed! I would highly recommend the team at Crown Cars to others, they really take care of you from start to finish. .

Very pleased with the new purchase from this garage in Pontefract. I haven't used Crown Cars before this but I would be more than happy to come back again, I'm chuffed with how they handled everything! My car was in immaculate condition when I went to get it and it has been gleaming ever since, they carry out many different cleaning stages on each car so they look and feel brand new, they made the car look extra special! The sales staff were helpful throughout the whole purchase, everybody I came across was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend their customer service, not to mention the high quality vehicles they sell!

Absolutely over the moon with my Astra, it runs nicely and is a really nice car to drive, very comfortable. I have no complaints at all with the service provided by the staff, they were nothing but welcoming, helpful, polite and made the transaction as smooth as possible. I have already recommended one of my friends who is looking for a new car! Next time I'm looking to buy a car I will come back here first to see what they have.

There was no hassle at all when I returned to Crown with an issue with our newly purchased Ford Kuga, they tried to resolve the issue themselves but couldn't so they had the car booked into Ford and covered the bill. They were really helpful and got it sorted within 2 days. I wouldn't have any qualms going back there in the future.
